The 120mm Arctic Cooling F12 PWM PST fan will amaze you with its incredibly low noise level: at the minimum rotation speed (it is equal to 600 rpm) it is only 13 dB. Even several of these fans operating simultaneously are not capable of producing any noticeable noise.
