About the Product

The NF-S12A marks the third generation of Noctua’s signature S12 series quiet case fans. Featuring a further refined blade design with Anti-Stall Knobs that works in tandem with the new AAO frame, the NF-S12A improves the airflow/noise efficiency of its renowned predecessor by up to 8%.

The 1200rpm PWM version features Noctua’s proprietary NE-FD1 for automatic speed control, which allows to strike a perfect balance between high cooling capacity and low noise operation in each given situation.

There practically silent and provide great airflow in a low-medium static pressure setting.
This fan is perfect for use as an exhaust fan because of its low noise and high airflow.

Amazing fans as usual. Extremely quiet.
They are 4 pin, so if you have the proper controller they can go as low as 20% on a fan controller, instead of 40% on a non-PWM controller.
It is quiet. I can hear the airflow of course, which is not a problem.
These fans are very quiet, even without the included low-noise adapter.
The fan is very quiet and moves a decent amount of air.
