What customers say about "Key Specs"
Camp Chef Everest 2 Burner Stove
  • Wide burner distributes heat for less hot spots
  • The burners look big and well designed.
  • This stove is way more powerful and will boil water much faster. If using a smallish pan you really need to turn the burner down super low to effectively not over-heat the surface (or the pan handle). This stove is a beast.
  • Tons of cooking power. Also, no problems with a low simmer. Wide range of flame intensity.
  • Extra width provides adequate space for two full size pots/pans used simultaneously
  • Right burner had a fuel leak which caused frequent blowouts.
Camp Chef Triton Series InstaStart 2-Burner Stove
  • It is easy to setup and the 11,000 BTU burners put out the heat.
  • The stove works well as a stove. I have the single burner Coleman burner as well which requires a lighter so that was always close by.
  • This is a nice little stove at a real decent price. This two burner stove is great for my small family it puts out a good amount of heat and the wind shield works well.
  • Solid construction, 11,000 BTU burners, for a total of 22,000 BTU's! Works awesome! Cooks great! Looks great! Cost was reasonable too! 5 stars all day!
  • The Coleman Triton 2 Burner was a gift person that received it was very pleased and will be using this weekend for camping

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Camp Chef Everest 2 Burner Stove
  • This is twice that of the competitors in the same compact size. There are now two plastic latches (see pictures) and they seem sturdy.
  • Knocking just one star because besides all that, works great, seems decently built enough while still maintaining a lighter weight.
  • Overall the unit is lightly constructed which keeps weight down, but I wonder how long it will stand up to camping.
  • The lid is light weight sheet metal, will get dinged up plenty with use but the trade off for light weight is a little flimsiness.
  • Best stove in this category and it punches say above its weight and price.

What customers say about "Features"
Camp Chef Everest 2 Burner Stove
  • Buttery silk smooth flame adjustment down to the perfect simmer or up to "is this going to melt my stove in half hot" we plan on deep frying a turkey this thanksgiving on ONE of the burners.
  • There are flexible hose adapters that are a nice upgrade that replace the standard camp stove regulator
  • I am a fan of self ignition, and the igniter button has always fired on the first strike.
  • It handles low setting great, the ignition has never misfired and it gets HOT.
  • Carrying handle/groove had sharp edges.
Camp Chef Triton Series InstaStart 2-Burner Stove
  • The design is sleek and modern with the carry handle integrated into the bottom.
  • Cooked many a meal on this stove now, really a fan ignitor works first try most often, i use this stove alot for icefishing and it works great, no buyers remorse hopefully it helps to cookmany a great meal to come
  • The adjustable wind block shields really do work.
  • Coleman's wind guards can be adjusted out or folded away completely allowing the use of larger pans.
  • The knobs stick out about 1" (one inch) past the body of the stove. (because they are mounted in somewhat of a recessed area of the stove body, the extension past the body of the stove is only 1/2" or so.
  • The stove works great, but the ignitor is horrible.
