- Small, convenient size
- Small size. excellent sound for a 4" woofer
- Well made and have a nice heavy weight to them
- Make sure you measure, these speakers are almost 9 inches deep. This depth really helps with the sound, but make sure you have room for them.
- Beautiful build quality and attention to detail, especially in this price class
- The cabinets are relatively light weight 1/4" thick particle board, and it is a ported design, so expectations should be reasonable.
- I like the looks of the speaker immediately and weight told me it was not a cheap WalMart knockoff.
- Simple to hang, light weight, easy to hook up and good sound
- The speakers are kinda light weight wise, but it makes quite a bit of sound and bass for its size and weight
- The sound is great, and my audiophile friends/relatives agree (e.g., friend owns speakers that cost several thousands of dollars and genuinely likes these). I would describe the sound as lively and punchy, energetic, clear, and full.
- The sound from these is warm and inviting. What the heck does that mean? It means they have a lovely well balanced sound that is in no way shrill or overbearing in any frequency range
- Excellent sound from a small package. We use them as rears, but after a bit of testing I believe they would make good stand alone speakers in a small living room or dorm.
- Good price but dissapointed with high end sound (voice, string instruments).
- Nice sound but 6 ohm speakers require too much volume ( power level )
- Sound quality is definitely a step above the logitech speakers I was using before. They can fill up my entire apartment with music at fairly normal volume levels, haven't been testing much above that.
- My amp has the capability to set the frequency response and volume levels for good balance. The end result is what I was hoping for and expecting. Listening/watching a Blu-Ray movie with 7.1 DTS is awesome
- The frequency response on these is great. I was surprised by how much bass they actually had for such a small form factor. After setting them up with my Dayton Sub-1000 subwoofer, they perform even better!
- I'm an Audiophile and the sound these produce from a low wattage receiver is simply amazing. Wide frequency range, crisp highs, and very exceptional base. I'm proud to have these connected to my record player
- Not perfect sound quality (though good enough for the price), I found that using my ODAC actually produced a worse sound through these than my motherboard's onboard as the realtek dac seemed to fit the sound signature of these speakers.
- A big drawback is that they have significant and annoying audible amplifier hiss while powered on.
- Great Build Quality, love the wood grain and removable grills
- The styling on these is good and basic, although the drivers look a little puny with the grills off.
- I mounted them on the wall with the VideoSecu clamp mounting brackets. They are a bit big but I prefer this to having a small speaker that doesn't sound good.
- The woofers look laughably small with the grills off. Do yourself a favor and keep the grills on!
- Slim choices if you wanted to expand your setup and timbre (musical tone color/quality) match within Pioneer speakers
- Magnetic Removable Speaker Grill
- Everything from the cabinet finish to the post free magnetic grill, all of it says quality!
- I had a feeling of what I was getting into when I bought them, but a front volume knob and an input selector switch would make these even better! They sound great for what they are, a good powered desktop setup
- The Speakers are rated at 75Watts and the Stereo at 40Watts,but with a CD player connected to the RCA inputs-It makes a Great Little Stereo System.
- Will Only Accept RCA Input if Aux/Line Input Isn't Plugged In (very annoying)
