It's the mids and tweeter that really shine. I like the compact size.
Excellent compact speaker. Highs are crystal clear and and bass is not bad for a small speaker.
They are a very good size, and they feel very substantial.
They are quite heavy for their size so wall mounting will need to be robust.
They just not good for the room size and shape.

I am amazed at the great sound from these little speakers! I am not using a Sub, and for my small room, that has not been an issue.
These two little speakers are two monsters that produce an incredible sound.
A lot of people like them, and they are great little speakers for an exceptional price.
As everyone else has stated, the black piano finish is beautiful and stands out, even for such small speakers.
Really speechless... just have to say that I continue to get blown away by the power and sonic quality of these small speakers with such a big sound!

Great, the sound is clear and detailed. Bass is good for the size.
Clear, balanced sounds throughout the audible sound spectrum.
Very clean looking, and sounding, speakers. Not a very large speaker when compared to many other bookshelf speakers, but definitely not lacking.
They sound great. Take about a week to fully break in. The treble is even more perfect when they're turned up a little.
It sounds like the woofers bottom out and get sloppy very quickly- not suited to music.

These the best speakers I have ever owned. I can now hear every instrument and can handle lots of power.
The folded ribbon tweeter does live up to the hype and provides very accurate and crisp sound without being harsh or shrill like some of the horn designs.
Sound is very subjective, but everyone who experiences them in my home becomes a big fan.
I bought these speakers four years ago and I still enjoy their superb crystal clear sound which I mainly experience with my collection of classical music.
The speakers sounds crisp and clear. I am currently using this as a center channel as my other is being replaced soon.

The build quality is excellent. I have a subwoofer, which adds the very low frequencies which no small cabinet like these can present.
These cabinets sound great. The build quality is exceptional as well.
The build quality Is really amazing, they look and feel like a luxury purchase.
They are beautiful speakers and have excellent build quality. The magnetic metal grills which appear to float outside the speakers scream high end.
A nice detailed and open midrange. Great imaging and soundstage. Perfect center image and nice instrument separation. Build quality is excellent.

Having said that, design and build quality are most important to speaker performance. I wanted to let others know that this tweeter design has a history of audiophile performance.
Of course, the finish and build quality is exceptional. As soon as you pull it from the box you can immediately tell this is not only a solidly-built speaker, but a beautiful one too.
The piano black is sophisticated and high-tech without looking too sterile, and I think it adds some visual interest to just about any room.
These speakers are Awesome! Full thunderous sound and build solid. magnetic front screen is nice too.
I wanted to let others know that this tweeter design has a history of audiophile performance. I am going to listen to them soon.
