- The bass response is surprisingly good considering the size of the speakers
- I tried several sound bars for my new big 4K tv. They all sound like “tinny” because of speaker size and shape.
- Love the speakers, perfect size and the best sounding speakers in my house
- Handsome and compact speaker set
- THey are solid (heavy) speakers so I think that adds to sound quality as well
- It almost feels as if it's made out of aluminum, and has a little weight to it.
- The speakers look beautiful, and are of sufficient weight so as not to appear like the manufacturer was skimping on quality.
- Speakers are heavy weight for desktops. I love them and am happy I discovered Edifier!
- The build quality on these is incredible for the price, it is on par or even above my Klipsch's or audiogene's, the attention to detail is excellent and the fit and finish are on point
- These speakers sound really good, I couldn't be happier, the blue tooth works very well and is very easy to pair with devices
- The sound is very clear, and the bass is strong without being boomy or overpowering
- Excellenct Sound from Folk to Rock to Classical. You hear the full range of keys in Chopin's Piano Music
- The sound is not of high quality. I was expecting so much more from the price. But when you stack it up against Bose speakers at a lower price, it becomes apparent that the sound is somehow muffled and lacking in crispness.
- They sound GREAT until the bottom end really enters the picture. Don't listen to the person from Edifier who says these don't need a sub. No bookshelf speaker can replicate the sound created by a 10" subwoofer
- Sound reproduction brings out all of the individual sounds and the bass is clear.
- They sound great with everything I've thrown at them...TV, XM, or TuneIn. Really happy with them.
- Sound is great, especially some of the bass notes I've been missing out on
- Sound has superb clarity, even when volume is dialed back. I listen to a mix of classical and jazz, and you can hear all the details so important to such artists.
- Sound is generally punchy, but could be more defined, especially in the mid-low and low frequencies.
- The remote is smart and makes controlling the speakers a breeze
- I like how the grills dont have pins in them that might break if you take them off to clean them. The pins are in the speaker and the grills have the female end that slide on easily and firmly
- They work great for that application ... and it is nice to have Bluetooth when needed if someone wants to play a song from their phone or laptop
- My concern is with the Remote Control as it is extremely difficult, at best, to see and identify the buttons, even in very good light conditions.
- The downside is the nearly useless remote control design and size.
- Optical, Coaxial and AUX inputs - attach the professional studio speakers to multiple sources at the same time
- The speakers are Bluetooth compatible, and to get the most out of this functionality, you will need the latest software
- An optical port is included, as well as the traditional RCA inputs. There is also a coaxial input.
- The set comes with small remote that operates volume, mute and power, as well as the ability to switch between inputs.
- The active right speaker displays a different LED color depending on the input.
- The only thing I'm personally not a fan of is there is no grill tabs around the tweeter which make it a little flimsy.
