What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Polk Audio PSW108 Loudspeaker - Black (Renewed)
- Good size unit for my room. Great clarity for the more demanding music.
- The size of the speaker helps it to easily reproduce very low frequencies without distortion, and without having to crank the volume to get the effect you want.
- This one is the perfect size for a small living room in an apt.
- Does the job but very light in weight which makes me wonder about quality of product. My other sub is much heavier!
- First thing I noticed was the weight. Very light weight so I was a little concerned right off the bat. Subs are usually heavy.
Polk Audio PSW10 10" Powered Subwoofer
- This is a very robust, appropriately weighted (heavy) cabinet--exactly as you'd want with a 10" sub.
- Weight is a big plus because when we watch movies I don't have to worry about vibrating all over the room.
- As far as it's weight, well it's a little on the heavy side , which is a good thing.
- This is an amazing subwoofer. Great price but pay attention to the size! It's huge! Comes in a big box too and it was almost too big for my basement studio.
- Given the size of the room it serves duty in, I wish the cabinet was a little smaller, but that a nit pick.

What customers say about "Audio"
Polk Audio PSW108 Loudspeaker - Black (Renewed)
- Nice BASS!! way better than the Home Theater in a box sub that it replaced. My shows and movies have feel to them!!!
- I do like this subwoofer, I have 2 of these, one for the left, one for the right channel. great with my speakers, for music and for movies also.
- This thing was the perfect answer to my low bass problem.
- I was a little worried about only 50 watts of power but its more than enough bass for me recommend them to anybody.
- The sub sounds awesome, and is definitely enough for our medium sized living room.
Polk Audio PSW10 10" Powered Subwoofer
- Fantastic, deep, thundering sound for my home theater system. Excellent response.
- The nice thing about a 10" sub is that it can hit some deep lows but has really good bass response.
- The Sound was really good with Good bass. We could hear the sound effect on the feet and Sofa. Terrific Sound.
- This sub is great for any living room setup out there. Very tight and responsive bass. Pushed deep bass with ease. Sounds great even at loud volume.
- This Polk sub provides additional Bass to my Yamaha YAS 108 soundbar. The quality of the Bass is less than I hoped for. It will go loud enough, but is not Clean Bass.

What customers say about "Features"
Polk Audio PSW108 Loudspeaker - Black (Renewed)
- Look and feel of the Subwoofer is fine, blends in nice with my speakers.
- The controls and setup are easy to understand. Sub produce great bass!
- The sub arrived today and I tested it out. WOW. It's great! I've got to keep it turned down to about 10% on the volume knob. It really is that loud.
- This looks like an ancient relic. I am afraid to hook this monster up. Looks outdated for the current technology. Ugh!
- The feet on the bottom of the sub weren't screwed in perfectly straight, and adjusting their height to ensure the sub is level proves to be quite a challenge.
Polk Audio PSW10 10" Powered Subwoofer
- This sub is manufactured with great quality components, you can tell right away by looking an feeling them.
- There is a dial on the back where you can turn the bass up or down, to adjust it to exactly how you want it balanced with the other speakers.
- The adjustable volume and crossover allow me tune it to my satisfaction, and the bass is full bodied but never boomy.
- Once I learned where to find the volume control by touch, I could reach behind the PSW10 and adjust it to my heart's content.
- No noticeable unwanted resonance, rattling or vibration. I like the adjustable cross over and sound level controls.

What customers say about "Connectivity"
Polk Audio PSW108 Loudspeaker - Black (Renewed)
- I got this sub woofer to go along with my Polk Monitor 65T tower speakers which are connected to my Pioneer VSX-45 AV receiver which make a perfect match.
- I have this sub connected to a Pioneer VSX-524-K receiver with Polk T15 Book Shelf speakers. Amazing sound quality!
- Polk Audio TSx 550T Tower Speakers produce amazing high and middle ranges and the PSW108 produces great low end. Well connected.
- The speaker-level input and output are directly connected together, meaning that the low-frequency components are passed to your speakers in addition to the subwoofer.
- I do have it plugged in with a very high end subwoofer cord as well but just can't get the sub to perform well.
Polk Audio PSW10 10" Powered Subwoofer
- This sub is versatile with adjustments and connection options in the back. I love my music and movies loud and this sub delivers everything I need.
- A big plus is that it comes with both speaker-level and line-level inputs.
- There's a useful selection of controls on the rear panel, including an in and out series speaker wire feed (for amplifiers and receivers which have no RCA sub-woofer/pre-out feed).
- This was my first Subwoofer of its kind and Day-1 when I connected with my new Sony A/V Receiver and listened to a few Online 5.1 Dolby DTS ATOMS videos it blew my head.
- I used a 6-foot FosPower RCA Y-Adapter to hook up the PSW10 with the right and left RCA connections. Very impressive!
