What customers say about "Control"
Kahuna LM-6800 L-Track with Heating Therapy Massage Chair
- We have found the remote control to be quite easy to understand. There are several options to choose from.
- Using the manual controls I have found that I can better focus on troubled areas than my therapist does, since I can control the speed and timing of the massage.
- This is minor but the remote does not have lighted keys. My chair is in a darkened area so I can relax and although the screen is bright, I can’t see any of the keys to adjust the massage without turning on a light.
- I wish the remote was bigger with more options but it will do.
Kahuna SM 7300 Superior Massage Chair with SL-Track 6 Rollers
- Remote fairly easy to understand and use.
- Remote - much, much, much improved, probably the best remote I've seen to date. However, this doesn't mean it's perfect.
- The hand held remote has a very convenient pocket and is easy to use.
- Remote has no memory to previous settings.
- The remote is very limited. You can't save customizations and the design could definitely be improved.

What customers say about "Massage"
Kahuna LM-6800 L-Track with Heating Therapy Massage Chair
- Really gives a good massage. Once I'm in the chair, I don't want to get out.
- It gives a strong massage, which is perfect. If you like gentle massage this is not a chair for you.
- BUTT massage. Strength and variety of massage settings.
- It has full body massage functionalities.
- There is no thigh massage. This is such a common feature that it never occurred to me that ANY chair would not have it. The 6800 does not.
Kahuna SM 7300 Superior Massage Chair with SL-Track 6 Rollers
- It has multiple types of roller massage from kneading to Shiatsu rolling to tapping, and too many other features to list.
- I like the deep massage that it provides. The "Auto" and "Pain relief" programs are both excellent.
- Awesome back, calf, shoulder, glute, and foot massage.
- The 9 automated modes provide variety of massage modes, and it seems every family member has their own favorite.
- The air massage is so much better than can be explained, especially if you've been on a chair without that added system, so you'll have to take my word for it.
- Foot massage is a little tough for me but easily fixed by wearing slippers in the foot massager

What customers say about "Features"
Kahuna LM-6800 L-Track with Heating Therapy Massage Chair
- It seems to be well-built. It looks nice and the neutral colors go with just about any decor.
- There are many customization/hack options. For example, many people wrote about the excessive strength of the foot massager. Well, some people like it really strong (not me) but a terry cloth hand towel in the foot piece lessens the pressure nicely.
- It has stretch functions, and you can move the chair any way you want to (back or legs move independent), which is great. push the back down, and lower the legs, and it will stretch your back and legs.
- It has L track, which goes down to the buttocks. L track is usually the more expensive type chair that starts at much higher price range than this chair.
- On auto setting, the rollers seem to work on the lower back most of the time instead of moving up or down.
- The width of the back rollers on most setting cannot be changed.
- Lack of memory. The more complex these massage chair get, the harder it gets to find the desired setting. But when you do, there is no way to keep it in memory in this chair. So you have to go through the whole thing everytime you turn on the chair.
Kahuna SM 7300 Superior Massage Chair with SL-Track 6 Rollers
- For the money, this chair packs a lot of high end features that you would pay way more for! Not only does it have the preset programs but you can also choose to make your own customized massage.
- The rollers in the feet were a pleasant surprise as I thought it only had airbags for the feet.
- The airbags are amazing and can go from very light to very strong! You have pressure adjustments as well. This is a great chair for anyone who likes a Shiatsu or Deep Pressure massage!
- Works well. S track, arm and leg massage, multiple automated modes. Pretty much what others have said.
- Amazing built in programs. They are very well put together and each one is diverse from the other. I highly recommend the yoga stretching and pain relief programs.
- The rollers only go about halfway down your hamstrings though, I wish they could go all the way the lower attachments. But, I can see why it doesn't because of the calf massager.
- The lights on the side can be annoying if you are wanting to get your massage in the dark. I wish they made a setting to turn them off.
