- You are sitting on the chair and the controlling panel is next to you , makes no sense to have a remote.
- For the amount of features on the remote, you'd expect everything to be detailed. But you don't really need a manual for this except for the assembly. You can figure it out all by yourself.
- It also comes with a mini remote control which I thought was a plus, though I don't really use it.
- The arm that holds the control board up is pretty flimsy and will be a bit annoying to set in the proper place. It also makes annoying beeps at certain times. However, the custom massages are pretty intuitive.
- On the control pad there is a hidden panel where you can select even more massages, pinpoint where you want a massage and the type, intensity, and time. I've played with every function and am very pleased.
- It is so easy to choose a program and setup a chair. Display is so intuitive.
- I like the movable electronic controller and the zero gravity modes. So far so good.
- You can fine tune your Massage to do more shiatsu, kneading, swedish, or Rolling , all of them doing a fine job; again rolling is my favorite.
- You can chose between Zero Gravity position or sit straight. Initially it feels odd to have your leg lifted up and the sofa moves to a curved angle, but Zero gravity is a great position to get a good massage.
- The programmed massages are good. I like one of two of them mostly and repeat the same. But the spot massages are great. The zero gravity is fantastic.
- Also love the heat for the back. Esp. if the back muscles are sore, the heat is really great.
- This chair has excess strenght power to squeeze and massage your calves and legs, it causes you really painful and have little bruise at your calf. They must recall and replace the calf section of this chair .
- Really must say this gives you a good massage, good foot rub, very relaxing. Really enjoy the Muscle Relief mode which is a general overall muscle relaxer, head to toe.
- The area that runs down the side of the legs from the hip to the knee, it gets pressure from balloons built into side of the chair. I rather enjoy that pressure as that is a problem area for me.
- If you need something that really will touch and impact your muscles, this is it.
- I bought this for my bad back it does wonders for my whole body I love this chair it is better than going to the spa.
- The pre-configured modes are "Healthcare", Relax,Smart, Circulation , Neck and Shoulder, Back and Lumbar, Full Air , Heat. open up the panel and you can focus on just the neck , shoulder etc.
- A standard massage is 15 minutes with timer option to extend if needed; I usually do it for 30 minutes.
- The intensity , Speed is all adjustable. while the neck, shoulder, lumbar have the rollers, Calf muscles, arms, and feet have air pressure massage only (no Rollers).
- There's also a custom adjustment after setting to zero gravity you can lean the chair further back all the way to a steep angle and it's very good for blood flow to your head.
- How do you call a product contemporary? Add a remote to it .
- The massage rollers are mild but become weak when it went down to the lower back ,even if you adjust to the max.
- We did a ton of research and tried out chairs in person. Ultimately, this was the best chair we could find in our budget. The first night we had this I slept very heavily.
- It has great fit and finish, an impressive array of features, and is VERY good at what it is supposed to do...which is making one feel good.
- I am a large man at 6'7" and 300 pounds. You will notice all the reviews about narrow should space and they are right. But the shoulder width is adjustable in less than ten minutes.
- I wish the wheels to move it around were a little better, maybe larger wheels would help.
