What customers say about "Key Specs"
Audio-Technica ATH-AD900 Audiophile Open-air Dynamic Headphones
- The sound is very detailed, the sound stage is wide.
- The sound separation and range are excellent, as far as I am concerned these are unbeatable in the sub $1,000 range.
- The sound is so smooth and has more impact.
- The sound stage is one of the best around, very deep and spacious sounding.
- I love the detailed and open sound but i hear some noise.
Marshall Major II Black
- I liked the sound very much, the headphones look stylish and of high quality. Satisfied with the purchase.
- On high and medium headphones, too, proved to be the best, the sound is clear as much as it can be for such a price.
- Sound. Marshall - and that’s it. And more specifically, they give a fairly deep and dense bass, a good middle.
- The model has a fashionable emphasis on bass, fortunately, here this bass is very collected and elastic. In general, the sound level corresponds to the price.
- There is a blockage on the treble, on some albums you may need an equalizer.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Audio-Technica ATH-AD900 Audiophile Open-air Dynamic Headphones
- The AD900 are very light for their size and have a low clamping force.
- They also fit well on many different head shapes and sizes.
- I have an average sized head and these stay in place pretty well.
- When you are actually wearing the headphones, you can feel the difference of the smaller size.
- They are not that comfortable if you have a large head.
Marshall Major II Black
- Beautiful design - simple, serious, solid and a bit vintage. Very light and durable construction.
- They look quite vintage, but this is all their charm. Very light and practical do not feel on the head.
- Lightweight and comfortable, pleasant smooth sound.
- Too small. They put pressure on my head after an hour of listening (despite the fact that my head is not wide).
- They are too light, I think. Flimsy design, I do not know how much it will withstand.

What customers say about "Features"
Audio-Technica ATH-AD900 Audiophile Open-air Dynamic Headphones
- These have good bass, but it is not the primary feature.
- The sound stage is large. They sound like you are close to the source of the music.
- The headphones earpieces are covered with velour pads. Recommend.
- The cable is too long. I don't like it.
- The pads are not thick enough for people with large ears.
Marshall Major II Black
- An undoubted plus for me is a twisted wire and a spring at the standard location of the cable fracture at the base of the plug.
- Excellent insulation, in the subway, even without a sound, almost no train can be heard.
- Good wiring. Jack and the wire itself look reliable. Detachable: convenient, and you can insert into any cup.
- It is inconvenient to fold when the wire is stuck in the earpad.
- Press on the ears. Not fatally, but after 40 minutes I get tired.
