- The sound quality is amaaaaazing!! I had while listening to many of my favorite songs was that how much detailed the the songs actually were.
- They sound amazing, and I expect they'll hold up over the long run.
- They also sound great with my iPhone 7 Plus using the Dragonfly and an Apple USB camera connector dongle.
- I absolutely love these headphones. Very crisp, clean sound.
- These are the best sounding headphones I have ever tried. Everything is so crisp and clear and the soundstage is massive.
- The sound has zero distortion and there is, in my opinion, a perfect balance between bass, vocals, treble.
- Songs sound natural and clean. I hear detail in songs I never heard before and there is also set a bit of a sound stage.
- The PM-3's sound good enough on my phone, although they do sound richer and the bass heavier with the amplifier paired with my phone.
- Fantastic neutral sound. Planar magnetic is definitely an advantage over traditional drivers.
- Neutral songs may sound flat to those used to heavy bass headphones.
- These headphones are pretty portable and quite small.
- I consider that I have a medium size head, fit it ideally in my head.
- The comfort is great, it sits perfectly well on my small head, the clamp is perfect
- The pads are comfortable (the light weight is dispersed over a larger surface area than most headphones).
- If you have a small head, you will probably find this headphone too big and it won't fit on you.
- Very comfortable and light. Built like a tank with the design like an iphone
- They've balanced portability, size, durability, comfort, and sound amazingly well.
- Amazing listening experience who has a normal sized head. Good lightweight design, but sturdy, except ear cups.
- Looks like a normal headphones in size and feels a bit heavier in weight, and that's mean they are solid.
- They were too small on head and I was going to return them.
- Generally, I found the HE-400i's performed best with music that featured higher frequencies.
- You can drive these from your IOS device, and they sound good, but my preference is to use amplification if readily available.
- The good large pleather ear cups that have soft velvet like material touching my head.
- In addition, the foam ear pad on the left side is separating from the driver casing.
- The thing is these are open headphones. Your office or room mates are not going to like the sound leakage.
- Headphones provide good noise isolation with their build.
- Planar is the way to go for a comprise between driver and electrostatic and these hit a home run for price, quality and most important the sound.
- Comes with separate long and short length cables, so you can listen it from home and on the go.
- Unlike premium models, the pm-3 used faux leather on the ear and head cushion.
- The only thing I didn't love is the synthetic leather pads.
