About the Product
Markings on the inside of the stainless steel bowl indicate suitable bean levels for 4, 8, 10 or 12 cups of brewed coffee, and the clear top cover slides on for one-touch operation.
Weight-based grinding for extreme accuracy makes it easier to make that perfect cup of coffee. Baratza’s groundbreaking Vario-W is a fully integrated real-time weight-based grinder. It has all the features of the Vario including small footprint, macro/micro adjustment, ceramic burrs, and a broad range of grind, but uses a weight-based dosing approach rather than a time-based approach.

- It creates a nice uniform grinds and I'm very happy with it.

- It is smaller than I thought it would be, which is great because my space is limited.
- It is pretty quiet too -- more than most others that I've used.
- The scale is very accurate. I highly recommend it if you have the money.
- Great grinder for everything but extremely coarse.
- Grinder works great. Grinds coffee perfectly every time and is much quieter than our old Kitchen Aide grinder.
