- The quality of this item is great. No complaints there.
- The grind is superb for the price, so I will not return.
- It is simple to use. Just drop beans into top part, then pull switch and wait for the grinder to finish.
- The coffee grind is good and consistent. Machine works well.
- The quality and consistency of the grind is constant and flawless.
- It was perfect! The grind came out VERY consistent and light.
- It looks good. It's not super-quiet, but the sound is a lower frequency.
- Removing the top burr to clean it is difficult.
- This is a terribly designed machine. It almost invariably clogs on use, and the part that clogs isn't removable.
- Grounds are tough to get out of the catch vessel of the grinder.

- The Gaggia grinder has a wide variety of settings, which allow you to easily grind beans for a standard coffee machine or for espresso.
- The grind is excellent and very consistent. It's a work horse and will get the job done every day, all day, the same way.
- It grinds very consistent and works great for espresso, french, and drip.
- The doser would often get stuck with course grinds, making a huge mess while trying to get things unstuck.
- The portafilter holder is not removable so getting anything other than a plate underneath the dispenser is challenging.
- Easy settings for quantity and grind size. The finest setting is incredibly fine, perfect if you want to grind beans for baking.
- Quality of grind is superb in addition to flexibility in that one can make a 10-cup medium (filter) grind stronger or weaker until the taste is perfect.
- The unit broke down internally after a few months of normal use, about 4-5 times per week.
- It operated slowly, always seemed to choke under load, and just felt generally cheap.
- The lid shape and receptor container are awkward, as is pushing the side button.
