Baratza Vario
Baratza Forte BG
- Excellent coffee grinder for busy kitchen where different family members make espresso and filter coffee several times a day.
- Solid construction. Looks great on the countertop.
- This is an excellent grinder and a good upgrade from my Rocky Rancillio grinder.
- Takes a bit of time to break in before clumps go away and consistency kicks in.
- It's a little bit loud, a consideration when grinding really early in the morning.
- The quality and sturdiness of the grinder is better than others that I have had and is worth the extra cost.
- Very light weight, not hard to clean and it has an on and off switch that is nice to have on the unit.
- Awesome. Small & powerful grinder.
- This grinder is slightly smaller than most, but it's still a powerful grinder.
- Lots of plastic & light weight, all grinds do not empty, a few bangs on the side and they fall.

- It has programmable timing pre-sets which I imagine could be helpful.
- Excellent, solid built-quality. Not messy at all as compared to other grinders.
- It seems very reliable and consistent, easy to use, small, nice metal porta-filter holder.
- This is a fantastic grinder. This grinder is fast, smooth and quiet. The timer function is convenient for dosing. The grind settings are easy to adjust and repeatable.
- Easy to use and clean. It grinds consistently. Very good value for money.
- The unit as a whole is very sturdy, and there are some excellent engineering touches like the grippy rubber body and static-free grind collector.
- Quiet operation compared with some other machines.
- Really good, does what it's supposed to. The scale is a little bit off every now and then.
- It doesn't work at all anymore after a few months. Motor and grinder not powerful enough and it just stopped grinding.
- I've only ground a few shots worth of espresso and already it has stopped working. The motor struggles, speeding up, then slowing down.
