About the Product
The M10 is the most compact model of the new Emit range and the perfect entry to the world of high-end audio. The Dynaudio Emit M10 offers authentic Dynaudio technology and performance at a most attractive price point.
The X14, has been fitted with a new 14cm long-throw mid/bass driver for greater depth and power (we think you might be surprised by its punch), while the short distance between it and the 28mm coated soft-dome tweeter offers improved timing.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Dynaudio Emit M10 Bookshelf Speaker - Pair - Satin Black
- I highly recommend these speakers to anyone who is looking for a small speaker that works well in small to medium size rooms.
- They are a fantastic smaller version of that beefier speaker and do not lack at all for their smaller size.
- They look gorgeous and are crystal clear across the spectrum. Ideal size for a small room. They are very compact.
- Great detail great bass for their little size.
- They're quite small. But they weigh a lot and therefore it can cause installation problems.
Dynaudio Excite X14 Monitor Loudspeaker - Rosewood - Pair
- These smooth little operators are great for those who like small speakers that throw a huge sweet spot.
- Both broken in and both impressive, the little X-14s just present a better soundstage and delicate clarity.
- These little speakers just sound great, I want to say for what they are, but they really sound great regardless their size.
- I would highly recommend these for anyone looking to have an elegant setup in a small package with big, crisp sound.
- I've had a lot of mid- to mid-high end audio gear and these punch WAY above their weight.

What customers say about "Audio"
Dynaudio Emit M10 Bookshelf Speaker - Pair - Satin Black
- Detailed, clean sound, flat response with surprisingly low and good quality bass.
- They manage to combine really great resolution and detail without ever sounding harsh; the treble driver is a masterpiece.
- The sound stage is wide, tall, and deep, which is probably the speakers' greatest quality.
- Transients are handled with ease and poise, such that the attack is really sharp and crisp, yet they stay 'calm'.
- The midrange is amazingly good with voices and instruments of all kinds, where placement in the soundstage is spot on while the sounds are articulate.
Dynaudio Excite X14 Monitor Loudspeaker - Rosewood - Pair
- I prefer Excites over Emit's since I find Excite's to be more musical on the top end than Emit's.
- I find Excites to have sibilance on the top end that I feel adds musicality to the sound.
- Unlike many speakers the Excites sound good and very smooth with just about everything and since they're 8 Ohm compatible they will accommodate lower powered receivers and amps.
- Clear extraordinary sound that put the LS50s I heard to shame.
- The sound is more natural and balanced from top to bottom. They sound super smooth and relaxed.

What customers say about "Features"
Dynaudio Emit M10 Bookshelf Speaker - Pair - Satin Black
- The speakers are very musical and fun, yet detailed and precise enough to possess much of an audiophile's desires.
- This is a really well balanced system where the components are well matched. The speakers sound best, to my ears, when about 30 inches off the floor, and tilted back about 5 degrees.
- They are solid, heavy, and otherwise built like tanks, and the fit and finish are excellent.
- These speakers are very solidly built and exude quality. Not cheap faux wood grain vinyl here.
- The only thing they lack is that extra bit of slam for high energy rock music.
Dynaudio Excite X14 Monitor Loudspeaker - Rosewood - Pair
- Excite kind of beautifies the sound which I prefer when purchasing speakers .
- The housings are very sturdy and seem to be made of high quality material.
- I think they are designed this way on purpose to attenuate the curve in a way that brings new things out of the audio, things you didn't hear before.
- These are a significant step up in sound quality and overall build quality, as well as features.
- A little concerned about the build quality as I got my first pair broken.
