- From a straight picture sending quality perspective, this camera is great.
- Very clear picture. I love the software for this camera too. For the amount of money Logitech is charging for this webcam, there should be NO ISSUES.
- The Webcam is solidly built. It was easily recognized by Windows 10 pro.
- Unbelievable video quality, and the Windows Hello facial recognition is fast and works every time.
- The video I recorded via this 4k webcam didn't not even appeared of HD quality. The webcam zoom and pan features are controlled via another application which doesn't provide live feedback from camera or remote recording features.
- Good build quality, nice wide angle and picture quality.
- On it's own, the camera looks great. The auto white balance/exposure nails it, and you get a clean, clear video out of the box.
- Can’t find a better webcam for vlogging or for Skyping with family, especially with kids running etc where people need to clearly hear what you and the kids are saying from some distance.
- You don't need a 4k webcam. It doesn't work well with any software. I get 10 frames per second on most of my video capture softwares.

- Bought it to use with Windows 10 and Hello for facial recognition. Had it about a month and it works great. Took a bit longer to set up than I would have liked.
- Great Price, supporting Windows "Hello" to unlock Windows 10 by looking a the the camera. Much better performance than standard built in cameras. Much better at unlocking than Apple or Android phones.
- Strictly from listening to the audio on recorded videos made with this product it sounds OK to me. There is a free app from Logitech that lets you adjust zoom, field of view and some other parameters -- it works fine.
- Software to adjust field of view works well, so you only show the area you want, zoom in, crop etc.
- Everything worked better, but the mic still randomly cuts out and the camera rarely works for windows hello.
- The webcam look amazing and i have a window 10 and I just plug the cam and everything set up automatic.
- Love this cam as the autofocus is the best feature that I like to most. Windows Hello works great with this cam Picture and video quality is perfect for my use.
- Beautiful picture, works well in low light. Supports Windows 10 Hello authentication so you can unlock your computer with just your face.
- Image quality is excellent and the built in microphones have decent noise reduction with clear audio.
- The camera was fine at first but the Logitech drivers are awful. They were bad before the creator's update and afterwards don't work at all.
