Sound quality is good; however, adding an additional powered sub would enhance overall fidelity -- not an option with this sound bar.

Powerful- this thing gets very loud in my opinion, I have been keeping it at 50-75% and that's more than loud enough for movies and music filling a good size room.
Power wise, I keep the volume at 50% or less, and it's plenty loud and clear.
I can't place a review on this alone, but combined with the subwoofer, this thing is immensely powerful.
In the store they all sound great, get it in a large room just didn't have the power I heard in the store.
This sound bar definitely lacks the deep and powerful low.

Nice to have a slim design with so much powerful sound and not have additional equipment to accomplish.
This aesthetically pleasing sound system is not only minimal and sleek, but packs some serious sound power.
The features that I was satisfied with include the universal remote, the height of the volume and the size of the product overall.
Perfect size for tv nice and slim.
The soundbar itself is very weighted and sturdy by no means it feels flimsy, the construction is also world-class.

The music app on phone is good enough.
Installation of the YSP-2700 was very easy and can pretty much be done without even referring to the instructions.
I can't believe how dynamic the sound is when watching movies in Dolby Digital!
Obviously it isn't a component system with standalone speakers but it produces big sound and good effects and I got a good deal!
This sounds good but I hate how it turns off the picture to my tv when I listen to music from my phone. When entertaining I like to have some HD playing with music. This could be something I have not configured correctly and will update as I play with this more.
Audio quality was okay but nothing spectacular and underwhelming surround for a product that is labeled for 7.1 channel effect. Subwoofer had a localized effect and often pulls surround effect towards it. I have an open lay out living room probably why I had no back surround effect.

Set up was a breeze and the system changes effortlessly between inputs just by powering on the media format you are using.
Great. It was easy to install and sync up with my TV. I can hear clear sound from many points in my open floorplan.
This is a Great product and easy to install. Template is available that makes the installation easy to do compared to other products where you have to do a lot of measurements.
Stereo TV shows as well as Dolby Digital shows, sound great.
Best Soundbar i ever had , Please improve the sound touch app and Voice assistance (ALEXA and Google Home) compatability better and make it as good as the Remote .

The sub-woofer is Bluetooth (no wires from your soundbar) which is very convenient, but it must not be obstructed from the soundbar with furniture.
I've bought the Yamaha YSP 2700 soundbar because of it supports for bluetooth AAC and airplay.
Yamaha YSP 2700 is ideal in size, aesthetics and functionality (4 HDMIs including one ARC HDMI, Blue Tooth, Wifi, Ethernet port, Air play etc). This will not disappoint. Highly recommend.
It works great as an AirPlay speaker for our iOS devices and we route our HDMI devices through the bar.
The bluetooth connection is breaking all the time to an extend where it is impossible to listen to anything.

The Bose soundbar is an excellent speaker that can be used for all wifi and Bluetooth devises.
Love the fact that this soundbar has both, the Bluetooth and wifi feature!
Moreover, it includes Bluetooth with NFC and pairs easily with BT devices to allow video and music playback.
Love that it connects with one HDMI cable. Very good sound.
Do Not Buy This Product if you plan to use WiFi! The set up is insanely complicated -- we have now spent more than four hours and it still does not work and we are experienced with computers and sound systems.
