- I ordered this CPU to replace another. Installation was easy.

- Kaby Lake server boards haven't been released yet. You can use this CPU with a Skylake motherboard.
- I like it very much. This is the fastest CPU that will fit in my Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5.
- The I7 7700k is a great CPU. Great socket. Easy to install.
- Socketed in and started up, no issues whatsoever.
- The 7th gen processors are so easy to set in place. I love the spring contacts on the sockets for them.
- If you aren't planning using Windows 10 - Kaby Lake will not support previous versions of Windows natively.

- Xeon's are fast, powerful and extremely reliable processors. I highly recommend them.

- Supports ECC memory, performance is similar to Core i7-7700 non-K.
- ECC memory support as usual. I like it.
- Shows 4 cores, seem bulletproof, work in our server application, supported my memory type.
- Good memory support on this.
- Low idle power draw. Good support for DDR4 memory type. I recommend.
- Super fast and works perfectly with my Asus Maximus IX motherboard and G.Skill 3600 Memory.
- Paired the 7700k with an Asus Apex using Trident Z memory. Great performance.
- There are no problems with memory compatibility.
- The memory runs great at full speed with this processor.
- Unfortunately the maximum amount of memory is 64GB, which is not enough for my needs.
