- This was the beefiest processor for my socket type and motherboard.
- If you are looking to replace a lower capacity Socket LGA1156 processor with this chip, it is pretty much plug and play.
- Installation was easy and I have had no problems since then.
- Not a stutter, hiccup or bump since it was installed, powered up and booted the first time.
- Installation was not an issue and so far it hasn't given me any problems.
- It's a good buy so if you have an LGA 1156 socket don't think twice.
- If you are still on an LGA 1156 then look no further, this is a great processor for your motherboard!
- This is the 2nd most powerful I7 processor you can get for the LGA1156 socket.
- I really like this type of socket it's easy to install.
- There is very little choice of alternative cooling for LGA1156.

- I have owned this for a month now. Very fast chip.
- Super fast performer. Switched to this processor from an Intel I5-750 (2.66GHz). The changes in performance are awesome.
- Super easy to install, and overclock.
- This processor for the price is hands down a winner. I don't even overclock and have no lag whatsoever.
- Excellent CPU, got it up to 4.05Ghz on H50 water cooling. Adjustable turbo modes make a big difference to the power consumption.
- Excellent performance, low heat dissipation, and energy efficiency.
- Maximum heating 47 C with stock cooling.
- It is still relevant, works great with all systems.
- I tried to overclock, it gets very hot during tests.
- Unfortunately, even with slight overclocking, the LGA1156 did not pass stability tests.

- Never hit the highest temperature. Excellent purchase.
- Has an excellent amount of cache for lag-free work.
- You can work in Photoshop without any lags due to the amount of cache.
- I love that it can fit up to 16GB of memory, which is enough for me.
- As of today, memory support up to 16 GB is very small.
- Powerful. Multi-threaded, large cache.
- Very large cache, everything works without lags.
- Not bad memory bandwidth! Xeon is good variant for home PC.
- Using 16GB DDR3 1033 and games works great, no lags!
- Supports only 16GB of RAM, modern processors 32GB and more.
