Delonghi TRN0812T
Heating up the Chimney
Want a space heater but worry that it’s not going to be enough to warm the whole bedroom or living room? You could get several at once but, instead, you can save money and use the Delonghi TRN0812T.
This mini oil filled radiator has special ventilation chimneys on the top and the bottom. The lower ones expel cold air while the upper ones emit heat, letting it circulate through the room. That way you get maximum coverage without having to move the heater around the room.
While we love how quickly the Delonghi TRN0812T heats up and how long it stays warm, the processes of warming and cooling can be a bit annoying as they’re coupled with loud clicking sounds, probably from the metal changing temperature. However, you could adjust the thermostat to make sure that the temperature stays relatively even, keeping the noise to a minimum.
We’re glad to report that the TRN0812T is completely safe as the GFI plug automatically detects interruptions in the current and cuts power, preventing shortages. And if you’re a forgetful person, you can set the heater to shut off on a timer so you can drift off to sleep and the device will stop working a bit later.
Couple all of the above with reasonable power consumption and convenient carrying handles and you’ve got a high-class portable oil heater that will keep you warm and safe from the biting winter cold.

Delonghi EW7707CM
Save Money, Get Warm
Want to keep your room warm but not too hot and cut down on electricity expenses? You can get two birds with one stone by buying the Delonghi EW7707CM.
This model uses the ComforTemp function to cut out over 27% of your electricity bill. The way it works is the device gets your room to a certain desired temperature, which you put in via the thermostat. From then on, it simply coasts, keeping the air at that warmth level and only turning on when it detects a temperature drop.
Although this heater is admittedly pretty heavy at 25 lbs, it’s not like you’re going to be moving it around constantly and it even has wheels so it’s pretty convenient overall. Besides, it’s quite compact so you can store it in some nook when it’s not in use. The device even has a section to keep the power cord in, a smart design decision.
The only flaw that isn’t compensated for is the relative lack of safety features. There’s the standard overheat protection, sure, but some safety from power outages would be a nice bonus.
Though you might dislike the heaviness and high wattage of the Delonghi EW7707CM, it trumps these problems thanks to the elegant design and an energy-saving mode. Thus, it ends up a pretty impressive oil-filled portable heater that you can use to keep the air warm enough for your comfort.

Costway 22917-CYPE
Comfort in Minutes
There are very few feelings as nice as coming in from the cold into the comfort of your warm and inviting house. However, sometimes that joy is lost as the room isn’t hot enough. To avoid these unpleasant moments, buy the Costway 22917-CYPE for home use.
This model is renowned for how quickly it heats up, filling the room with warmth in just a minute or two. It’s also pretty energy-efficient at just 700 W. Thus, you’ll end up saving plenty of money without sacrificing any comfort.
Speaking of which, we’re happy to report that the Costway 22917-CYPE is practically silent so you can easily keep it running in a quiet room as you relax after a long day of work. You can even drift off to sleep as the device’s overheat protection will shut it off if things get out of hand.
We do wish that the design of this model was a bit more refined as the carrying handle is strangely uncomfortable to grasp. The device is pretty lightweight though so you shouldn’t have that much trouble moving it around. It stands sturdily thanks to the extra-wide legs so don’t worry about a pet knocking it over either.
So if getting warm quick is a priority, the Costway 22917-CYPE is a smart choice. It’s efficient, lightweight, and compact and, though not without its flaws, a wonderful choice for all of your home heating needs.
Tangkula 5-Fin
Always on the Move
Like to keep the room you’re in toasty and want a heater that’s easy to move around without causing too much of a racket? We recommend the Tangkula 5-Fin, a simple oil fired heater that’s as portable as it’s functional.
Despite the pretty average weight of 18 lbs, the Tangkula 5-Fin is really simple in transportation. You can thank the 4 wheels and the ergonomic carry handle for that, of course. Plus, the wheels are made of a special material that emits no noise during movement and doesn’t leave marks on any type of surface. Thus you won’t wake up napping kids or pets as you take the heater from room to room.
You might actually end up moving the Tangkula 5-Fin around a lot as the power cord is somewhat short and thus may require inching the heater a bit towards the outlet. Still, once it’s on, the device works on 3 settings with a special low-energy one, bringing warmth to the whole room. Alternatively, you can set the thermostat to high and warm up the space in minutes, though that more than doubles the energy cost.
All things considered, while the Tangkula 5-Fin isn’t the most impressive in terms of extra features, it’s a basic yet effective oil heater that you can take into any room. It’s a budget-friendly model and although it may not be a high-end one, it’ll get the job done.

Optimus H-6003
Sticking to the Budget
Working on a tight budget and struggling to find a heater that’s going to be both high-quality and affordable? Forget your problems as the Optimus H-6003 is a fine solution that’s sure to fit your requirements.
This model uses just 700 W of power to provide steady and quick heating. Although it doesn’t have any heat settings, you can still use the adjustable thermostat to set the temperature properly. We’d even argue that this makes controls much simpler to handle, so the H-6003 is a good pick for non-tech-savvy people.
You may think that the Optimus H-6003 isn’t that powerful due to its small size and modest power usage but the gizmo actually covers up to 150 square feet. This would be respectable for a device with twice the energy expenses but is outright amazing for a budget model.
Of course, the Optimus H-6003 oil heater also offers the standard bonuses such as overheat protection and a carrying handle for easy transportation. The device is lightweight enough and has extra-wide feet so you can leave it on any surface without worrying that it might tip over.
All in all, even if you’re not restricted by a budget, the Optimus H-6003 is still worth your consideration. It’s an affordable, economic, and effective heater that holds its ground against more expensive models.
What Is a Portable Oil Heater?
Although we all (or most of us) have central heating in our homes, there always seem to be some nasty cold spots around the house. Instead of bearing it, we recommend getting a small oil heater to warm up the room and keep you cozy no matter how cold it may be outside. Even a snowstorm won’t disturb you when this electric appliance is running and you’re tucked under a blanket.
These devices use oil traveling along the columns with a special element heating up the material. The fuel oil is a special formula that has a very high boiling point so it stays liquid, simply transferring the heat to the metal body of the device. Don’t worry about any fire hazards as the devices are time-tested and completely safe to use.
One big advantage of these models is that they use relatively little power compared to many other heater types. That way you stay warm without being stuck with an outrageous electricity bill, which is a nice bonus to the climate control.
