- I must confirm that I barely noticed any rolling resistance. Especially coming from the Schwalbe Marathon Mondial, which had really high rolling resistance.
- I put my tires through lots of gravel, dirt roads, double-track, some single-track, ragged tarmac, country roads and more, and these tires can pretty much roll right over it all without the harsh bumps and road vibration.
- For being giant pillows of awesome they roll surprisingly fast and smooth.
- Cheaper tires won't last. Save up the money and buy these Schwable tires. Better ride and control on gravel and sand, bumps etc. Way better flat protection too!
- Great tires. Good traction. Smooth rolling.
- Good low rolling resistance on asphalt. Almost as fast as Thunder Burt.
- Fast rolling... Very predictable in the corners... I have a lot of confidence as a result.
- The tyre provides excellent performance and still has a good kilometers in it before I swap to the new one.
- Does not burp easily unless riding very low pressure. Good grip and slide outs when cornering hard is predictable.
- Have not experienced a sidewall cuts or ripped nobbies on my 4 th set yet. Reasonably good wear rate.
- I must confirm that I barely noticed any rolling resistance. Especially coming from the Schwalbe Marathon Mondial, which had really high rolling resistance.
- Quiet, smooth, cushiony, but not slow. Only about 400 miles so far, but they seem very durable. My favorite tires so far on this bike.
- They have held up well over broken glass and all the other sharp things I've rolled over, but the tires are not overbuilt either.
- I like the tread and I like the comfort of riding high volume, I ride 16 miles a day, 5 days a week, in all kinds of weather.
- Great high volume tire. Nearly bullet proof. Good amount of tred, more versatile than a true slick like the schwalbe Big Apple, yet still rolls well.
- This is a fast tyre on rock and hardpack. I think this tyre would make a good dry weather choice.
- This tyre is fast, ok, its knobbles are small so during dry conditions its certainly worth running this tyre.
- I have now done more than 2,000 km on the original Racing Ralph and not only have I not had a single puncture
- I have used these tyres on a variety of terrain including hard packed trails, sand and more than a bit of mud. Traction in all conditions is excellent. Definitely recommended.
- Easy to set up tubeless on Hope enduro rims, not used in anger yet but roll well on dry trails.
