- Isolates very well. With the ear tips big biggest ones isolate the best but they hurt after a while.
- Tons of bass, good clarity, amazing fit, great noise reduction. You MUST choose the right set of foam or silicone tips in order for these to achieve their potential.
- I tried every pair of tips that came with the IEM's and when I selected the proper pair, it was obvious. For a dual driver, universal fit IEM, these are an amazing deal.
- The sounds quality is a bit disappointing for a dual driver earphone. Westone claims that they enhance the bass frequencies in the UM Pro series to improve the "live" music sound - bad idea Westone.
- The mids and highs are not as good as the UM3X, and i guess you would not expect it to be because the UM3x is a much more expensive IEM.
- I like the silicone tips better but the big ones don't isolate as good as my old ones.
- The cable is stout, and the tips are legit (I've always struggled to find tips that fit my ears comfortably over long periods of time). This really is a steal at this price.
- I found the Westone UM Pro 20s are among the best dual drivers I have ever used. The foam tips are my personal preference.
- The tips are easy to break and the drivers blow out quite often. Conversely, our old Shure in-ears are still working fine.
- They are a tad on a large size, so people with smaller ears will find these difficult to fit the bodies of the units in what I call the pockets of your ears.
