- I use it for running and it has been a dream. Plenty bright, red light is great (uses more battery), and the glow is likely going to come in handyю
- Great, bright, headlamp, have used on Hiking trips on the Superior Hiking Trail, Canoe camping trips BWCA, and I have also used this in winter camps.
- The light is adjustable always aimed just where you want it. The controls are simple and easy to use.
- I love that you can adjust the angle of the light and the different settings which will be handy for the changing seasons.
- That red light is perfect for using star maps to study constellations and meteor storms. Having 3 brightness levels, including a very low one for reading in bed is also very thoughtful, and an improvement.
- Very disappointed. Used it once during early part of hunting season and it worked fine, then main white light stopped working completely. Only red light works now.
- Good headlamp. One click starts you off on low. Two clicks gives you a VERY bright light.
- It's hard to believe 3AAA's produce the obscene amount of light with such a tiny LED.
- The brightness is “good enough” for now. I plan on upgrading to a more expensive head lamp in the future and having this as a backup light.
- Great basic lamp for a young person, for basic reliable lighting with no gizmos or maintenance.
- I use this to run on the beach at night! It's perfect and doesn't slide across my forehead. I love that this is comfortable and the light pivots for the angle I need.
- Newer head strap feel is welcoming, sits comfie and tightly, on my feminine sized head, the on off button function smooth and the light brightness is excellent!
- I got this model to replace it last December, and was very happy with the size/weight/brightness/functions.
- I like the weight of the headband and the fact that it takes rechargeable batteries.
- Light weight & comfortable. 3 brightness settings.
- Super comfortable, low profile, light weight, great for running in that it stays put and doesn't slip down or bounce around.
- I like it very much except I wish the head band would adjust to a larger size so I could wear a wool watch cap
- Light weight, Simple to operate
- So easy to use, comfortable to wear, and efficient to buy and run @ such a cheap price, it's almost a sin if you look past one or these.
- I love that this is comfortable and the light pivots for the angle I need.
- Excellent product, very comfortable, great lighting options, very reliable and well worth the price.
- I like the weight of the headband and the fact that it takes rechargeable batteries. I use it for running and it has been a dream.
- The design allows for those of us who wear glasses to use the light without it reflecting in the back of the lenses- a problem with many headlamps.
- It's small, light, doesn't heat up, and comfortable, but it eats through AAA's quick.
- Great light -- but NOT powered by AA batteries as described, it uses AAA batteries.
- The light is good quality and light but is too small for my head. I wear 7 7/8 fitted hats.
- Perfect for staying in my hiking daypack, and cant beat the price. It's comfortable on the head, and the tilt feature is nice for fine tuning.
- Good lamp but drains batteries after 3 hours (including when I turn it off on breaks). I use this while caving and am always the first person who has to change batteries.
- Great headlamp. Good battery life. The three lighting brightness levels are perfect for my Boy Scouts on their camping trips.
- I bought the rechargeable core battery to go with it. Awesome! Battery lasts a long time and you can count on this piece of equipment to work when you need it most.
- The plastic clip that latches the battery compartment to the body of the light doesn't fit snug at all. In a Washington rain this would last minutes in incidental outdoor use. To lazy to return!
