This light is perfect for what it's intended to do.
Had a nice wide flood beam, with a little hot spot in the middle - great for all around use.
Really good bright light.
It gives off plenty of light for normal usage.
The light is dimmable but always turns on "full bright" - Would prefer if it remembered its dim level when turned off.

Good headlamp. One click starts you off on low. Two clicks gives you a VERY bright light.
It's hard to believe 3AAA's produce the obscene amount of light with such a tiny LED.
The brightness is “good enough” for now. I plan on upgrading to a more expensive head lamp in the future and having this as a backup light.
Great basic lamp for a young person, for basic reliable lighting with no gizmos or maintenance.
I use this to run on the beach at night! It's perfect and doesn't slide across my forehead. I love that this is comfortable and the light pivots for the angle I need.

It's not going to light your entire path on a mountain bike trip in the dark, but for changing a tire and needing to use your hands, or pulling out your map or looking for a snack it's perfect.
This is a wonderful entry level headlamp, and the average camper/climber will find good use in this.
It has been used for over 80 hours and it still works great.
This one is perfect for around camp and reading.
The battery life is excelent and it has a very large field of light when on high power.
My only wish is that it would remember your dimming setting from power-off to the next power-on instead of always resetting to full brightness.

Perfect for staying in my hiking daypack, and cant beat the price. It's comfortable on the head, and the tilt feature is nice for fine tuning.
Good lamp but drains batteries after 3 hours (including when I turn it off on breaks). I use this while caving and am always the first person who has to change batteries.
Great headlamp. Good battery life. The three lighting brightness levels are perfect for my Boy Scouts on their camping trips.
I bought the rechargeable core battery to go with it. Awesome! Battery lasts a long time and you can count on this piece of equipment to work when you need it most.
The plastic clip that latches the battery compartment to the body of the light doesn't fit snug at all. In a Washington rain this would last minutes in incidental outdoor use. To lazy to return!
