What customers say about "Key Specs"
Srixon Q-Star Tour Golf Balls (One Dozen)
  • Distance, control, spin, and most importantly FEEL. And this ball is half the price of the titleist.
  • Greenside spin, great feel, as close to Prov1 as I've found for the price. Highly recommended!!!
  • I used to play the Q-Star and decided to get a dozen of these to test. Now I switched to the Tour. Still great off the driver, flies high and straight, not much difference from the original Q-Star (my clubhead speed is about 98-102 MPH).
  • I like the Srixon Q-Star Tour because it gives me more distance while still having enough spin to hold a shot into the green.
  • I normally do not write about golf equipment and find a lot of reviews to behard to believe. Playing for quite a while and using a lot of different golf balls these are the best I have ever used.
Callaway Chrome Soft Golf Balls, Prior Generation, (One Dozen)
  • They are not as popular as the Titleist Pro V1, but they feel just as good, soft around the greens and are probably the best ball I have played in the last 5 years.
  • Best supreme golf ball I've ever played and I've been playing for nearly 25 years. Super soft feeling off the chips and putts, with great distance off the driver.
  • My driver swing speed is 105 mph, and I feel like I can compress these balls better than a Pro V 1, plus the greenside reaction to these balls are awesome.
  • Extremely soft! I didn't notice a lot of difference off the tee, but around the green these are amazing!
  • I seem to hit these balls better than any other - longer with less driver spin. They also have a nice audible click when putting.

What customers say about "Features"
Srixon Q-Star Tour Golf Balls (One Dozen)
  • The three core layers are supposed to help your ball hit off the tee faster and straighter (less spin). I do think these curve a little less and that helps me stay on the straight and narrow.
  • However, the Tour is VERY durable. I played 18 holes with one ball and the cover doesn't have a mark on it anywhere.
  • Excellent three piece ball w/ pro level cover. Nicks a little easier than the Z but for swing speeds in the 80s and 90s worth a try.
  • Cover is the most durable I have come across. Compared to the Callaway Chrome Soft, the Srixon is superior in every way, at least for my game.
  • I actually bit one of these pretty hard to see how the cover was, and did create some scratches.
Callaway Chrome Soft Golf Balls, Prior Generation, (One Dozen)
  • Favorite balls I've played. The pattern contrasts nicely in the Grass. Really improved my ball tracking which has always been an issue for me.
  • Fun golf ball that performs very well on the course. It's easy to track in the air, and easy to spot in the rough...and I need all the help I can get.
  • Love the soccer ball design, easy to find and see which ball is mine.
  • The ChromeSoft balls dramatically improved my greenside play and maybe putting too. I can stop my chips after a few bounces now, and finish them much more predictably by the hole.
  • I don't know why anyone plays anything but this ball. It's responsive, long and easy to see. It has superb touch around the greens and is priced below a well known competitor's ball.
