- Changing out the 2.5 lb metal tubes was easy and fast.
- Best adjustable dumbbells in my opinion.
- Easy to adjust the different weights.
- Very easy to swap out the weights and while I thought they looked awkward, I’ve used them and think they’re great.
- Once you get used to sliding the pin in to change the weight, it is pretty easy. Used them a few times already and am pleased with them.
- Very stable, easy to adjust weights, and the flat ends make it easy to rest on your thighs and then kick up into position.
- One really neat thing is that the PowerBlocks are actually shorter than the hex dumbbells at the same weight.
- The shorter length allows the weights to come closer together at the top of the contraction without clanging together.
- Mechinsim seems very safe, compact in terms of length, quick adjustable in increments of 10, expandable.
- The weight doesn't feel balanced when your using light weight, like 5 pounds, or if you only have one of the fine adjustment bars in.
- The handle is rubber-coated and sized well for comfort. Recommended!
- I'm temporarily working on a tile floor while a room is getting set up, so the coating has been very helpful in preventing any breaking of floor tiles.
- I really like the color, it looks cool
- The sliders used to select the weight load are flimsy and require all your attention to get them in the proper slots.
- I hate that the prongs for adjusting the weight are hard plastic instead of metal.
- The rubber-coated handle in the middle is very easy to grip, and the bars at the top are padded.
- Control and stability on the up and down movements is excellent. The plate sections do not wobble or rattle.
- There is a sticker on it which is color-coded so that when you move the pin, you can see what weight are selecting, since the nesting weights are also color coded.
- Enclosed handle may limit their use in some excercises but it still decent dumbbells.
- I would feel better if the adjustment pin was metal instead of plastic.
