- I was really pleased with these Dumbbells initially - simple to use and compact for a quick home workout.
- With these I turn 4 dials and have my weights ready in about 5 seconds. If its too heavy or too light I adjust them just as fast.
- The dumbbell length does not inhibit me in any way. It's thrilling to have such a range of weight in a compact form.
- It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side.
- The adjustment mechanism is easy to use and the weight increments make a lot of sense.
- The 560s are perfect because I can keep them in that room all the time and they take up little space.
- The weights come in a pair and include a base plate, which is necessary to change the weight plates.
- Solidly built, I don't feel like the weights will come apart
- Like the previous model, one of the problems with these weights is the size and length. They are larger than any other dumbbell set, as they have to accommodate the weight selection mechanism.
- Adjusts quickly and is coated so you don't get that metal on metal sound.
- Great set of weights! In my opinion they're just as good as steel or rubber coated dumbbells.
- End caps are rubber coated so incase you do end up hitting them together they don't make a loud plastic bang sound.
- Unfortunately, the mechanism that holds the weight on the handle is plastic. In less than 2 years, it somehow broke on both of my weights.
- One of the 2 dumbbells not longer rotates and a black plastic piece broke off.
- Exceptionally quick changing of weight with the twist of your wrist
- I usually don't use it, but my wife likes the workouts it features. The electronics work as advertised.
- The grip on the 560's is superior to the grip of the 552 as it feels much nicer and easier to hold.
- I found the Bluetooth feature to be a bit cumbersome and decided quickly that I did not really want to use it.
- The weight indicator is hard to see and is a common complaint.
