- I'm not a chef, but a good cook and use all of my tools daily. Very happy with this purchase.
- It cuts good, i regained my confidence in the kitchen once more!
- A very good chef's knife for the price. It handles nicely and slices/dices/ chops better than any of the several others I've tried.
- It cuts like a workhorse and feels great in hand. Very sharp blade, recommended.
- The knife feels good in my hand and feels balanced; the handle is beautiful. I like the full tang and it seems to cut well.
- Stays razor sharp, just hone before & after use & no worries.
- Razor sharp right out of the box. Amazing craftsmanship and and attention to detail.
- Quality of construction. Nothing rattles, no weakness visible. Full tang blade. Very nice handle.+ Grip.
- This knife should be used for cutting/slicing vegetables and meats but not to cut bones or frozen products.
- Though quality seems very close, Dalstrong seems to have priced more honestly than Zelite
- Well balanced, feels great in your hand, good weight and cuts everything smoothly!
- It is quite sharp and very well balance that your hands doesn't feel tired after using it for a while.
- Love this knife! Well balanced and a beautiful sharp edge. Perferct size, so comfortable!
- I was skeptical when I purchased this knife as usually knives are not good quality and are very lightweight when they are in this price range.
- First of all the grip is great and the weight of the knife feels really good if you like a heavier, and sturdier tool. It come sharp and he edge holds very well.
- This knife is magnificent. It is well balanced, incredibly sharp, and absolutely beautiful.
- I think the knife feels absolutely perfect in the hand. Weight, grip, rivets, handle material, all of it.
- The weight of the blade feels even and great.
- The weight is perfect and functionality is top notch. It's beautiful to look at so I do wish it came with a knife stand as well as the sheath, but now I'm just being picky.
- Weight. As compared to my MAC, for a Japanese kitchen knife, it is pretty heavy.
- This knife definitely puts the Chinese blade smiths on the international map of knife making. Worth every penny!
- Dalstong knifes are pure quality, i was very skeptical because of the price but after learning that im buying direct from the factory which means no store mark up i was SOLD.
- It really stands up. No more daily sharpening. I am so happy and can recommended!
- Beautiful, hefty, razor sharp, nicely balanced and just a joy to use.
- The handle has a lovely weight to it and the balance is perfect. Pinch grip right at the bolster feels just right - the extra heft of the handle feels gone.
- Lastly I'll mention the packaging since people seem to care about such things. In a word, it's excellent. More accurately it's over the top. It keeps the blade very stable and provides a very satisfying unboxing experience.
- The handle is comfortable, seems durable. I like this blade for rocking cuts, it has a nice curve but not so much that you cant dice chop either.
- The handle is nice for daily usage since it's a bit easier to clean and holds up to moisture better than most woods. It also looks really nice with the classy rivet roset and the modern texture and shape.
- The knife comes with a sheath, care instructions, and a soft cloth for drying after cleaning.
- My one complaint it that the printed (not etched) branding on the blade face feels poorly applied and even catches very slightly in cleaning.
