About the Product

An new all-round chain saw with Clean Power engine. It means an engine with low emission levels, low fuel consumption and a high torque over a wider rpm range. Functions like air purge and one push stop switch makes the saw easier to start. The chain saw is e.g. also equipped with snap-locks, visible fuel level window and side mounted chain tensioner for easier maintenance.

Runs great! Assembled in the USA. Has the Husqavarna sweden badge. So it's not a poulon. I use only amsoil 2 stroke oil.
Spent the day running it and was very happy with the power. The saw cuts as good or better than my best echo.
It's a Jonsered. It works and works. Never gets tired and runs strong.

It has plenty of power for an 18" bar.
No problem starting hot or cold. It cuts well and is low vibration.
On it's initial run, it was cutting through the Elms like butter, and I wasn't even running it at full throttle due to the break in period. It doesn't vibrate too much either.
The chain brake had a problem right out of the box but was quickly fixed at the store where I purchased it.

And it started on the 3rd pull out of the box! For such a powerful saw it’s light and easy to start looking forward to running it for many years to come!
It has a great power to weight ratio and is a solid performing saw.
I needed a "small & light" saw to cut a lot of brush & Texas Juniper/Cedar, and my other saws were much too large & heavy for light work.

Starting is easy hot or cold, I like the decompression button alot for cold starts.
The fuel level window is a nice plus as well.
Startup is easy and certain in all temperatures. Access to the spark plug and air filter is also easy.
The saw is designed to run out of fuel before bar oil if you fill both tanks at the same time.
The chain adjustment mechanism is much improved from my 142 -- a big plus since keeping your chain properly adjusted is extremely important for reliability, functionality and safety.
Hi, All the ads tend to show this product to be identical to the 450, but it isn't. The 450 has a two nut attachment for the bar and when I got this saw I found that this machine only has one. Really not good.

It is powerful enough for a homeowner but may be a little light for commercial use.
This chainsaw for its size is very powerful! it has easily cut through anything that I have presented to it.
It has a lot of power and is making my work a lot easier. If I knew what I do now I'd have done this a couple years ago.
Plenty of power to cut through pinon-pine and juniper.
