- Very quiet, no popping sound when killing flying pests. I keep mine on top of a book shelf about 2 inches from the ceiling, an ideal indoor spot mosquitos are caught and killed.
- Works fantastic though. You’re able to pull down the protective grate on both sides (assuming it’s out of reach of children and pets) and let the bugs fly right into the power grid, no time wasted.
- Nice indoor bug zapper. Works well, even has the little electric buzz (zap) when the pests get killed. Worth the price, no doubt.
- Great for indoor or outdoor use. Does create a stink when large bugs are killed.
- I thought it would be good for indoor use however it did not solve our flies issue. We will still use it outside tho.
- What a great item. We used it outdoors for two days, but living in Hawaii the unit was overwhelmed with thousands of insects, to the point that the protective grid was encrusted with bugs and the unit could no longer work.
- I own the stinger bug zapper and also the stinger indoor insect trap. The Aspectek bug zapper killed more bugs, flies, and mosquitoes than my two stinger units combine.
- If you need a bug zapper, this one will not disappoint. I wouldn't trust all the weaky cheapo ones unless you really want the different aesthetic style. This one WORKS.
- The best aspect of the flying insect killer is that it effectively kills flying insects without pesticides. I felt I was polluting my indoor environment with sprays and it was only minimally effective.
- I was really hoping for an indoor solution. We have too many flying insects over our kitchen sink. So far this is unplugged and in the box. It maybe defective.
- Large grate that invites the entry of flies where other devices are more designed form mosquitoes and gnats; very powerful grid; some insects fry instantly, some sizzle for a while.
- This seems to work pretty well. I turned off all other lights in the room and could hear a satisfying zap every couple minutes.
- The device has a tray to catch the bug when theyve been slain by the device. However the the tray attachment is loose.
- Slide out tray that's very easy to remove and clean. Highly recommend the product.
- I wish it could be wall mounted with a longer cord. Maybe even a remote switch.
- The tray below the unit makes it very easy to remove "zapped" insects, although the tray has no mechanism to hold it in place - not even ridges - it simply rests on a flat surface, so care must be used when reinserting it.
- This product is lightweight, but a bit bulkier than I would've liked. The power cord is a short so you may need an extension cord.
- This unit has a tray that you can easily remove and clean.
- Additionally, the plug and bug tray are secured with locking tie wraps. You should have no concerns about your unit arriving damaged.
- If you have a real bug problem like mine, it's worth mentioning that the little collection tray is laughably useless, mine filled up and overflowed and it spills when you pull it out.
