- I am now able to bike at the same speed that I'd bike during daylight because of how much I can see with this light.
- This is a very, very good and bright light.
- It is very bright and I have no problems seeing what's in front of me.
- I use SteadyPulse(tm) most of the time as it keeps the light on high and flashes every second or so to make yourself more visible to oncoming cars.
- Lots of different modes for just about any situation that you need. The headlight does an awesome job at illuminating your path.
- It's powerful. The lowest setting would be ideal for walking around a campsite. The highest makes my capable Black Diamond headlamp from 2012 seem like a dollar-store flashlight.
- The Cygolite Metro 550 USB light is bright, rugged light for my urban commute.
- Blink modes are visible head-on in broad daylight.
- There's multiple settings but I used the brightest beam - I could see at least 20 ft in front of me.
- Excellent product, it will give you enough light in the dark, to ride it to your destination safely.
- Built like a tank and I like the clamp. Easy to slide the light on, or take off for charging.
- Got caught in a downpour and everything got soaked. Light stayed dry and working (blinky mode) the entire time.
- The low battery indicator, return to previous setting switch and various light settings are all useful.
- The mount is excellent and super tight and sturdy, no shakes or rattles.
- Even the handlebar mount is very high quality. The mount seems to be designed for smaller diameter handlebars, but it does also work on larger (32mm) bars.
- Mounting is a strong point. The metal quick-release mount is very secure, as is the plastic sliding release mount.
- The light's mount works effectively and is suitably stable.
- The light has also been resistant to water so far, including rides in moderately heavy rain.
- The charging port is accessible while it’s on the bike and it’ll run with the battery plugged in.
- Mounting on the handlebar is simple, easy to move from bike to bike. Once it's in place on the bare, the lamp can be clipped in and out of the base bracket easily.
- I have gone 2 weeks without charging it (3 riding hours) and it worked flawlessly.
- I have an earlier model by the same maker that uses the AAA's. This is a significant design improvement in almost every way.
- Battery life seems to be very good. I still have yet to run out of battery so I will report back when I find out how much life you get out of each charge.
- No degradation in battery life after 3 years of light use.
- Quality, durability, battery life, size and brightness are all top notch.
- It’s still brand new but so far battery life is great.
- The charging ability via USB is very handy as well.
- The burn time as advertised on the box seems accurate and I have had no problem recharging with the usb on my work and home computers.
- Very good light unit, battery last long time.
- Low also will run for something like 9 hours, I think, so I don't have to worry about the light getting tired before I do.
