- These clippers are amazing. The blades are super easy to change and work well on all types of hair. I have used a set of these clippers for twenty years on both people and livestock and pets and they still work like new.
- Tried cheaper clippers before and would usually throw them away after a year or so. Finally bit the bullet ,glad I did. First cut was so much better, I'm sure this will last for years
- These clippers work really well for grooming two cocker spaniels. This is our second pair and we couldn't be happier.
- Great clippers. Very smooth. If cutting through mats you may want to order a blade specific for that. The clipper will handle great with the right blade for the need.
- Cuts through thick matted hair like butter. Only drawback was the guards do not work, so we had to purchase different blade sizes at sizeable cost. Worth it overall.
- I started clipping at about 5 am and was done in about 45 minutes. I left the clippers on the lower speed so as not to freak out the horse, and it was like a hot knife through butter.
- This has been a godsend for me for shaving my angora rabbit. I have been using a 10-blade and working in short, 30 minute or less sessions to clip off her unruly and oft-matted coat.
- One knot was a little bigger so I switched to the faster speed. No problem. And not too loud.
- There are two speed setting and most of the time, I use it on low--generates less heat and cuts hair fine.
- Speed & power switch placed @ top of body of unit-extremely awkward to reach quickly. Probably a decent clipper but I will be returning.
- Took about 20 restarts to get the blades working but it has been fine since. I used this to remove horribly large fur mats off my long-hair senior cat. She HATES it but the power of the unit made quick work of the project and minimum upset for my cat.
- My cat doesn't have a lot of patience though, so I end up doing him in more than one session. The blades are nice. A little noisy, but it isn't bad enough to scare him. I've done both my cats.
- This is the most reliable clipper on the market. Easy operation, blade changing and cleaning. Ample cord length and power. OK, they do weigh more with a metal body but the housing doesn't crack or break like the plastic ones do when dropped from a grooming table to concrete floor!
- This clipper cut through my cats thick matted undercoat like butter. I'd tried 2 other clippers that barely haggled through much to both my and Ezies frustration. I did have to use two new blades so was glad I'd bought a spare.
- Great clippers, my only fripe is that they heat up to much so I had to get the blade guards.
- The blades got warm, but with blade wash and kool lube, they never got warmer than what was comfortable to leave lying against my hand.
- I'm not gonna say it looks professional, because I'm a first timer, but it took off the hair that I hadn't been able to get before and took a haphazard, hasty trace clip to a passable full body clip with very little effort.
- This clipper is weighty and feels solid in th hand. It looks like metal-bodied in the pictures but it is actually silver plastic.
- As far as the overheating, there are 2 vents between the grooved handled part of the body and the actual blade.
- The body of the clippers get hot after about 15 minutes of use. I have to shut the clippers off and unplug for about 5-10 minutes before it cools down enough to use again.
