About the Product
The DX120 development focused on obtaining the most out of the AK4495 DAC chip to deliver high fidelity at an extremely good price. The specifications for the AK4495 show a THD+N of 105dB.
It combines the form factor of the DX200 with the amp card system of the DX200 and the Mango software player first seen on the DX80 and later matured on the DX200. Instead of the more expensive high-end dual ES9028PRO DAC chipset, iBasso has worked-in a cheaper dual AK4490EQ implementation to get within budget.

What customers say about "Key Specs"
iBasso DX120 High Performance Digital Audio Player (Earth Brown)
- This player does sound amazing - but that's all it does.
- A very good music player which prides to have a good colorful screen, a simple and reasonable fast UI, two card ports allowing high storage.
- This is absolutely excellent quality and excellent audiophile music sound. The user interface is very good and intuitive.
- Even if I experienced a defective unit, and a good player wouldn't cut songs early or crash, the interface is still trash.
- It's not super responsive to touch either. It often takes two swipes to register.
iBasso DX150 High Performance Digital Audio Player (DAP)
- Build is solid. It sounds noticeably better than a phone as well.
- The build quality is great, sound is absolutely fantastic. Just make sure you pair it with a good headphone.
- The DX150 boasts some great specs and is a very nice audio player.
- Speaking of the screen, the size of it is perfect.
- The display is small for such a large player. It’s hard to watch the name of the song.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
iBasso DX120 High Performance Digital Audio Player (Earth Brown)
- The player is light and portable, it has plenty of features for controlling the way your music sounds through headphones or in your car.
- If you're looking for a player you can plug headphones into and just enjoy the music, then this is one I recommend. A small, powerful player at a great price.
- This player can be proud of reasonable long battery life and still delivering enough power, comfortable size and heft and a very reasonable price.
- Great build quality, excellent sound. Also it was the perfect size.
- It freezes up for no reason, so I have to turn it off and wait several seconds to reboot. Also, the weight is very heavy for everyday use.
iBasso DX150 High Performance Digital Audio Player (DAP)
- Great size for traveling. You can easily put it in your pocket.
- Very compact player with excellent control buttons.
- Weight and size are great for a morning run or the like.
- It is larger than a phone, by a lot, I would say with included case about 4x the thickness of a Google Pixel.
- Maybe some day they'll get the internal parts a bit smaller so that the overall device isn't so cumbersome.

What customers say about "Features"
iBasso DX120 High Performance Digital Audio Player (Earth Brown)
- The two SD card slots will ensure I have room for all my music for a very long time.
- The "balanced" connection jack though was a great! The sound was fantastic coming from that connection.
- I'm disappointed that there is no Bluetooth feature or a few other things.
- It cuts off the end of every song, sometimes the beginning too.
- I don't know if I got a bad copy of the DX120 but on the standard 3.5mm non-balanced connector the sound was horrible!
iBasso DX150 High Performance Digital Audio Player (DAP)
- The software is very stable if not upgrade to Android 8.
- The nice thing is though that all of the controls (volume, play, pause, etc) are on one side so while it is big, it's not uncomfortable to use one handed.
- The amp modules can be swapped out and I love the fact that the amp doesn't take up screen space like it does on the Fiio devices.
- The UI is pretty good here. Nice big panels that I can comfortably press rather than gently poke with the tip of my finger.
- Also the Google Play Store app will not function on it.

What customers say about "Power"
iBasso DX120 High Performance Digital Audio Player (Earth Brown)
- The battery is long lasting, and I don't have to wait long for it to charge up.
- The DX120 music player will provide many hours of pleasant music for a minimum of 12 to 15 hours between battery charges depending on your use.
- Great battery life. I have enough for more than a day.
- Charging is very fast; it takes less than two hours. Very happy with the purchase.
- Sometimes it just shuts itself down. I must remove the plastic cover to charge, and put back on. Sometimes charging takes 5 or 6 hours.
iBasso DX150 High Performance Digital Audio Player (DAP)
- The battery life for me has been really good. Sometimes this thing doesn't turn off even though I've pressed off and then confirmed that I do in fact want to turn it off.
- Charging is quick and the player holds a charge throughout the day.
- The manufacturer does not lie about the battery life. This is enough for more than 10 hours.
- The sound quality is good, but the battery life is not that good.
- The device discharges quickly, which makes me very angry because I cannot enjoy it for a long time.
