- The screen is easy to read and navigate. This really exceeded my expectations.
- The quality of the sound is obviously dependent on the quality of headphones but even with the least expensive cans I own, they make the music sound richer.
- To be honest, I was not expecting the screen to look this good, but the display is so clear and colorful that it far surpasses other players I've had.
- The screen is a bit laggy and not that responsive to the touch. I have had $20 mp3 players that put this thing to shame.
- For this price, the memory should be more. It can only hold id say 600 songs.
- I love how small it is and just amazed at the sound quality! Definitely recommended!
- The weight is perfect, feels like a quality piece of equipment. I feel the UI is intuitive and very easy to use.
- Size and quality of the device are superb. It fits perfectly in your hand!
- This is a fantastic little machine. The sound quality is excellent, operations are easy and clear.
- It's light, which can be good, but light in a way that the device feels fragile.
- The sound quality is excellent especially when paired with either the Sony M3 headphones or the Sony xb31 portable speaker.
- The device is very user friendly and pairs quickly with everything I have tried.
- This Sony player's UI (and the player overall) is really beautiful and works very well.
- I really was impressed with music interface and ability to sort music by folders what IPhone can’t do so.
- The UI is just trash, it doesn't show half my music and some artists it lists the same track dozens of times.

- Sound is extremely clear for vocals. Battery life is amazing. Recommended.
- Battery life is good, but relies only on you being wired in, screen off, and many settings disabled.
- It holds a charge long enough before it needs to be recharged, also lightweight!
- Big mistake. The battery only lasts a couple days and that's with no use.
- The Pono sounds really (really) good but the UI is not great, battery life also not great.
