What customers say about "Key Specs"
Astell&Kern AK Jr Hi-Res Music Player 64GB
- The screen display is very sharp and bright.
- Songs are displayed as an alphabetical list.
- Very convenient that it can also display song titles in other supported languages though running an English menu.
- Screen objects seem to either move very quickly or make larger jumps than I prefer. This can't be changed in settings either, as far as I can find.
- The touch screen is not very responsive.
Astell&Kern AK70 64GB (Hi-Res support, microSD support, Misty mint)
- I have to give a note of appreciation to A&K in that they use varying font sizes to display titles depending on the length of the title. This maximizes the information that is displayed.
- The resolution is actually very nice also! I'm very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the display and the fluid and simple user interface
- The touch screen is bright and easy to use and the interface is similar to my smartphone.
- The information displayed is mostly information about the music file itself and not about the musical content. I want more of the musical content information.
- I find the touch screen hard to use and am not comfortable with the user interface (I don't use anything else with a touch screen) after using the unit 4 hours a day for 15 days.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Astell&Kern AK Jr Hi-Res Music Player 64GB
- This Jewel MP3 player, on steroids is crystal clear for its size.
- Almost smart phone size. But it packs a lot of power and capacity into its sharp cornered aluminum body.
- The pros of this player are its size, build quality, over all cosmetic design (although I would have rounded the corners off a bit for comfort reasons) and yes again the sound quality is good.
- Besides the great, neat, compact, and sturdy design, the music quality is stunning.
- I really like the fact of high performance in a very compact package.

What customers say about "Features"
Astell&Kern AK Jr Hi-Res Music Player 64GB
- Supports a wide array of music formats.
- Outstanding sound quality. I ripped all my CDs to Flac format and downloaded some high def files in Flac.
- However, instead of a warning such as "you have exceeded the device memory capacity" or "no storage space left," the device just hung up and froze.
- The device has bluetooth but it is having a hard time connect with my bluetooth headphone.
- Bluetooth is practically useless, frequent dropouts.
Astell&Kern AK70 64GB (Hi-Res support, microSD support, Misty mint)
- I have ripped all my CDs to FLAC format years ago and put the physical copies away. The AK70 plays any digital file format out there, including Apple Lossless, FLAC and Wave.
- The player has 64gb of internal memory and a slot for a microsd card. I added a 128gb microsd card and the player had no issues recognizing it.
- I was able to play music directly from the nas drive and even copy songs over wifi to the player's internal memory.
- For some reason the AK70 during playback keeps showing a file format/bit rate that does not match my actual audio files (FLAC).
- Poor quality bluetooth. It has no range even when it's right in front of you.Plus in bt mode you lose half volume.
