About the product
The ergonomic Nike+ FuelBand captures and displays four different metrics: time, calories, steps and NikeFuel – a new metric that will be the ultimate measure of your athletic activity. NikeFuel is a proprietary technology that measures your activity through the movement of your wrist. NikeFuel motivates athletes to do more with a NikeFuel score that makes movement fun, meaningful and comparable, letting you compete with athletes of all levels in most activities. The more you move, the more NikeFuel you earn, whether you’re playing basketball, throwing a Frisbee or going for a run.
Motivation is your best accessory with Fitbit Alta—a customizable fitness tracker designed to fit your personal style.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Fitbit Alta (FB408SBKS) Fitness Tracker
- I love the slim design of the Alta. I like how it looks less clumsy and bulky on my wrist than the HR.
- The slim design is perfect for my small wrists.
- DURABILITY - this is the most durable fitness tracker I've had. It shows no wear after weeks of use
- The charger seems insanely fragile for something that will be needed every 2-3 days to keep your unit going.
- As usual the wrist band style is not secure. Fitbit is great, but if you at all active, buy one with a bucke strap. So far I have lost three.

You can wear Alta in the shower, but we recommend rinsing and drying it afterwards because it's best for your skin if the band stays clean and dry.

What customers say about "Details"
Fitbit Alta (FB408SBKS) Fitness Tracker
- The call vibrating feature is amazing because for some reason I can never hear my phone ringing.
- The accelerometer works well when you angle the watch up to your face to see the time
- I love the new screen, it is resilient to scratches and the displays are clear with a lot more display options than the Charge HR
- The alta is not waterproof so you have to take it off every time you hit the shower or pool
- Sometimes the syncing with my Alta and smartphone isn't instant. I mean it takes more than 3 minutes.
- The only con is that the Alta doesn't have an altimeter, heart-rate tracker, and isn't fully water proof (as with most wearables).

What customers say about "Body Metrics"
Fitbit Alta (FB408SBKS) Fitness Tracker
- You can either tap the screen OR just turn your wrist down & then up and it shows the time, distance, steps, etc
- Has an idle alert, so every hour, it vibrates and says "get moving, only 100 more steps", to get you to be more active--and believe me! THat helps when you have an office job!
- I'm actually using more of the functions than I thought I would, including the calorie intake tracker
- I can view text messages, calories burned, steps, miles walked, and minutes for increased activity. The app works great
- The Alta is not accurate when it comes to steps and calories burned. It might look sleek but if you're looking for a serious fitness tracker pass on this one!
- VERY inaccurate step and calorie measurements.
- I don't think it tracks my sleep or my steps accurately. I also wish that Fitbit gave more details about quality of sleep rather than if you're awake, asleep, or restless.
