What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Fitbit Alta (FB408SBKS) Fitness Tracker
- I love the slim design of the Alta. I like how it looks less clumsy and bulky on my wrist than the HR.
- The slim design is perfect for my small wrists.
- DURABILITY - this is the most durable fitness tracker I've had. It shows no wear after weeks of use
- The charger seems insanely fragile for something that will be needed every 2-3 days to keep your unit going.
- As usual the wrist band style is not secure. Fitbit is great, but if you at all active, buy one with a bucke strap. So far I have lost three.

What customers say about "Details"
Fitbit Alta (FB408SBKS) Fitness Tracker
- The call vibrating feature is amazing because for some reason I can never hear my phone ringing.
- The accelerometer works well when you angle the watch up to your face to see the time
- I love the new screen, it is resilient to scratches and the displays are clear with a lot more display options than the Charge HR
- The alta is not waterproof so you have to take it off every time you hit the shower or pool
- Sometimes the syncing with my Alta and smartphone isn't instant. I mean it takes more than 3 minutes.
- The only con is that the Alta doesn't have an altimeter, heart-rate tracker, and isn't fully water proof (as with most wearables).

What customers say about "Body Metrics"
Fitbit Alta (FB408SBKS) Fitness Tracker
- You can either tap the screen OR just turn your wrist down & then up and it shows the time, distance, steps, etc
- Has an idle alert, so every hour, it vibrates and says "get moving, only 100 more steps", to get you to be more active--and believe me! THat helps when you have an office job!
- I'm actually using more of the functions than I thought I would, including the calorie intake tracker
- I can view text messages, calories burned, steps, miles walked, and minutes for increased activity. The app works great
- The Alta is not accurate when it comes to steps and calories burned. It might look sleek but if you're looking for a serious fitness tracker pass on this one!
- VERY inaccurate step and calorie measurements.
- I don't think it tracks my sleep or my steps accurately. I also wish that Fitbit gave more details about quality of sleep rather than if you're awake, asleep, or restless.
