What customers say about "Key Specs"
Exerpeutic 900XL Extended Capacity Recumbent Bike with Pulse
- It has different traction settings if you want to get a harder workout.
- The bike has a well-balanced level of resistance, very satisfied.
- Excellent quality, resistance levels are spread to different levels of physical fitness.
- I bought a bike half a year ago, we use the whole family, it is very easy to adjust and resistance is suitable for me, my wife and even children!
- We weren't able to adjust the resistance on it, but otherwise it's been well used for 3 months with no additional issues.
Exerpeutic 400XL Folding Recumbent Bike
- It does not require the computer to function, the resistance is set manually. I think it is advantage.
- Be aware, Level 1 still offers a fair amount of resistance, and there is no level 0. There is a nice range, and the highest levels are definitely a challenge.
- Changing the resistance is pretty simple and it is effective. Such a nice bike!
- The resistance levels are pretty good. Assembly was fairly easy. I ma really happy, highly recommended!
- Can really provide a good workout... the resistances are substantial, and easily distinguished between levels.

What customers say about "Design"
Exerpeutic 900XL Extended Capacity Recumbent Bike with Pulse
- So quiet! Easy to adjust. Decent bike!
- We are very happy with it for 4 of us, all different heights, to use.
- It was pretty easy to put together - two seniors figured it out, great instructions.
- My main complaint is that the foot straps are too small to accommodate my size 12 gym shoes.
- My complaint is that the nuts and bolts holding the handle bars onto the frame kept working themselves loose.
Exerpeutic 400XL Folding Recumbent Bike
- It was easy to assemble, good quality bike, recommended.
- The seat is very comfortable and the back support is wonderful.
- I find the seat to be very comfortable even while riding for long periods of time >2 hours and I love the back rest as well.
- The pedal cranks are 6" long. Many full size exercise bikes have longer cranks (~8"). This means you are pedaling in a slightly smaller circle than what you may be used to.
- The seat is not uncomfortable, but as some have noted, depending your size you may find the front edge of the seat irritates your thighs.

What customers say about "Features"
Exerpeutic 900XL Extended Capacity Recumbent Bike with Pulse
- It takes pulse, measures calories burned, distance etc. I really like it.
- It has tiny wheels on one end so I can easily move it from room to room.
- Сool bike, there are many metrics and it works very quietly!
- Used this bike for one year and now started making noises, like belt noises, I don't know what to do about.
- I like this bike, the only complaint is that there is no bluetooth.
Exerpeutic 400XL Folding Recumbent Bike
- It compacts and moves easily with the small wheels on the back - I can move it with one hand.
- It's so quiet to the point that you don't have to raise your TV volume if you like to work out that way and if others are sleeping you don't have to worry about waking them up due to noise.
- Continues to operate quietly and smoothly during 1 year!
- It is extremely quiet, even at high speed or on the highest resistance setting. It makes a soft whisper/hum kind of noise.
- The pulse function is somewhat accurate, though I find it to be about 10-15 beats higher per minute than what my pulse rate really is.
