About the Product
The all-new Kindle Oasis features Amazon's largest 7-inch 300 ppi display with a thin and light ergonomic design that lets you read more comfortably for hours. It is the first waterproof Kindle enabling you to read in even more places. Kindle Oasis now has built-in Audible so you'll never have to put down your story, enabling you to listen to an extra-large library of audiobooks. Pair via Bluetooth to move seamlessly from reading to listening. With an adaptive front light, the all-new Kindle Oasis automatically adjusts the brightness of the display based on your environment for perfect reading in any setting.
Kindle Voyage was designed to come one step closer to a sheet of paper, with a flush-front bezel for a clean, streamlined design. With a magnesium back and a specially-reinforced glass front, Kindle Voyage is both durable and sleek.

What customers say about "Key Specs"
Kindle Oasis Champagne Gold
- The screen is really nice. I believe it is supposed to have the same 300 PPI screen than the Kindle Paperwhite, but side-by-side the Oasis screen is much crisper. You see it in the text as well as images in books or magazines.
- You literally hardly feel like you are holding anything this device is so light. My phone, another tablet, really everything feels like a rock compared to it.
- Larger screen that fits lots more text. This is a big plus.
- The 300 ppi display may sound like other kindles, but I find the contrast to be better. Plus, the larger size gets more on the page. More like reading a regular size page in a paper book.
- It's an awkward size. While I like the bigger screen, it also means that you can't fit it into your pocket like other Kindle's or even into the pockets of some backpacks.
Kindle Voyage 6" High-Resolution Display (300 ppi) with Adaptive Built-in Light
- Love the size, weight, and clarity of my Kindle Voyage. Hate the advertisement screen saver. Liked my Paperwhite screen saver with the pencils, pens, and other writing implements.
- The Voyage has a great screen and easy to use settings. It has slightly less weight but not enough to make much of a difference.
- The PPI resolution (300) makes reading easy with less eye strain
- Read anywhere....no sun glare outside (like the Fire)...no extra reading lamp at night...perfect
- The uniformity of the screen is still an issue... - This is a BIG one. Part of the reason I still tend to gravitate to my aging Kindle Touch is because there's no front-lighting system built in.

What customers say about "Features"
Kindle Oasis Champagne Gold
- Page turn buttons, which can be changed to suit (e.g. top button can be advance or go back). They are better in theory than practice, but I applaud the return to buttons (while still allowing page taps).
- Waterproof. Can use in the bathroom without thinking that can damage it.
- Faster page turns than any other Kindle I have seen.
- The comfortable grip which allows handling device using one hand and using hard buttons to turn pages.
- Beautiful screen with terrific reverse white on dark gray background for reading in bed...no glare for my wife
- No sleep switch for the Audible function
- Battery side is heavy and the unit feels out of balance
- Touchscreen is very sensitive and slight touches that you might not realize, especially when closing the lid
- t's heavy. I'm surprised at this. They should have stuck with plastic to keep the weight down.
Kindle Voyage 6" High-Resolution Display (300 ppi) with Adaptive Built-in Light
- Page turns using the touch screen and the bezel pressure touch work quickly.
- Set up, including Wi-Fi connecting very easy with no disconnect or other network issues.
- Vocabulary Builder: A great idea for those words that you're unfamiliar with. It's great for adults and children both. The only issue with this is also part of the issues as a whole (specially my point 3 below in cons)...
- Page Press buttons are more of an irritant than a help. If you hold it normally it is easy to accidentally turn the page when you don't intend to.
- The power button is in a terrible location, especially if you use the official amazon origami cover.
