Pro-Cure Catfish Magic is probably the most effective product we've looked at.

First things first, this thing toughens baits so that you're able to cast them multiple times.

The Catfish DBG-3-07 Dip Bait Worm keeps things easy and accessible to beginners. This catfish bait produces no mess whatsoever. You won't have to use gloves. You won't have to clean everything afterward.

The product stays in place and is easy to pact onto the bait. At the same time, equipped with deep grooves, these rigged rubber worms are able to hold doughbait nice and tight, so you'll be wasting less time re-applying the bait. Also, again, the worms are pre-rigged, meaning you can use them right from the get-go.

There are three worms inside the pack. The pack is tight yet pretty easy to unpack. The worms are 2 inches long, making them suitable enough for most hooks. Plus, there are three tiny hooks inside these worms, so the fish will have no chance to break free.

The artificial worms produce vibrations, attracting most catfish types. They're also pretty bright, so the fish should be able to spot them from solid distances.

The downside is that these worms have no scent, so it is possible they sometimes won't bite when they come close.

Apart from that though, we've no issues with the Catfish DBG-3-07 Dip Bait Worm. Again, the product is accessible and easy to use. Using this bait, even the least experienced fishermen will be able to catch big catfish.

Berkley Power Punch is among the most well-thought-out baits up there.

First and foremost, the product's texture is sticky, so you'll have no issues applying this thing onto different baits. Though somewhat crumbly, you'll also be able to easily apply the bait without taking the temperature into account.

What separates this product from anything else though is probably its insane scent dispersion that transmits this robust cheese scent further than most baits. Creating this scent trail, the high-dispersion formula attracts various catfish types from the heaviest covers.

That's pretty much the product's only flaw too. Since the smell is so strong, we highly recommend using gloves to avoid smelly hands.

This cheese bait has been designed to be used with treble hooks first but you'll probably have very few issues with most hook types.

The fibrous structure keeps the bait on the hook even when the currents are swift and merciless.

Other than that, provided you don't waste the bait and apply the right amount, the 3-ounce can will last.

In short, Berkley Power Punch packs the smelliest punch, which is great since most catfish types like the scent and will be swimming towards this bait like mad.

MAGIC 71-12 King Kat is affordable first and arguably foremost, which is great since these baits are seemingly getting more and more expensive these days, for no particular reason too.

Setting the price tag aside, this product is plenty convenient as well. The cube-shaped dough baits come prepared, so you can put them to good use right away.

The 10-ounce bag that packs these cubes is scent-proof, so you can toss the bag inside your backpack/case without worrying about getting everything smelly. Just make sure to avoid opening the bag inside your car since you'll likely face major challenges removing the stench then.

Also, now that we're discussing the product's negative aspects, the cubes might fall off the hook when you cast too hard, so we would recommend treading lightly. You should have no issues flipping the bait into deep holes or dropping the line off boats though.

On the upside, the chicken blood scent works like gangbusters attracting different catfish species, including blue catfish and flathead catfish types.

All things considered, MAGIC 71-12 King Kat more than gets the job done. We would recommend purchasing the biggest cooler and the nicest fillet knife since you'll likely be catching all the catfish in rivers, lakes, ponds, etc.

We couldn't care less for the company's logo but the Fishbites 0121 Yeh Monn bait is something that we cannot overlook when reviewing catfish bait.

First off, the product is as inexpensive as they get.

Second, there are no fish oils, tissues, or extracts inside the product's formula, so you won't have to worry about any fishy business (pardon the pun).

Other than that, what's great about these shad, worm-scented strips is that you can use them without gloves. The scent activates and starts melting when the strips get wet, so you can handle them however and wherever you want.

You can easily cut these strips using any scissors and decide how much you want on the hook.

There are only two strips in the bag but, considering the price tag, you can probably afford to purchase multiple bags anyway.

The product is 100% biodegradable too, meaning you won't have to worry about increasing your environmental footprint.

Last but not least, the product's fibrous texture allows the bait to easily survive numerous strikes, catches, and re-casts.

To sum this up, the Fishbites 0121 Yeh Monn will leave catfish with no chance. The strips are 5/8″ wide and about 12″ long, so you can cut them into multiple small pieces and make the bag last.
