What customers say about "Key Specs"
Omron M6 Fully Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor
- The 360 degrees accuracy and the several memory slots are not important to me, though this model I know it is accurate and that is why I believe it is a good choice.
- Works even if you're like myself and have an irregular heart rhythm, which seems to cause accuracy problems for some other monitors.
- Easy to use, not compared the accuracy but no reason to believe it is not accurate.
- Really brilliant gadget, been using it every day for weeks and pretty impressed. Easy to use, with simple straight forward instruction and spot on in terms of accuracy.
- The day I received the monitor I took it to my GP and tested the accuracy of my monitor against his equipment which happened to be an older Omron model..The GP was impressed and the results was accurate and spot on.
Omron M10-IT Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor
- I compared the shown values for blood pressure with my old but very good device and they're quite the same, so no doubt about it's accuracy.
- Accuracy seems to follow how I feel. If I'm stressed a bit and I know my blood pressure is up, the machine bears this out and visa verso.
- The Omron M10-IT was very easy to use and came with clear instructions. Accuracy could not be verified, but comparisons with recent doctor's manual observations indicated that the blood pressure readings were similar.
- Accuracy I cannot comment on but precision is good. There is the capability to have the unit calibrated after a couple of years.
- Well, it does work well but the accuracy is important and when I take consecutive readings, they can be 10-15 points off.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Omron M6 Fully Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor
- This is a substantial, desk top sized blood pressure monitor. It is not a toy or anything close and very similar in design and use to monitors I now see being used in GP;s surgeries.
- It is simple to use, in no small part, due to the shaped cuff which makes it easy to put on with one hand.
- Comes with storage bag/soft case. Marked it down a star as size I feel is excessive for what it is and you need a bit of space to put it.
- If you go away often I would suggest you getting a second smaller unit which is more portable.
Omron M10-IT Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor
- Also the cuff which is one size fits all is far more accurate than the previous machine which had a cuff which was slightly too small.
- While it is very solid, this means that it is less portable than I would like, but all-in-all it is an excellent BP monitor and provides me with good motivation for reducing my BP.
- A good offer and very swiftly delivered. Provides accurate readings and is easy to set up and use. I would disagree with other reviews as I find it quite portable.
- Cuff is cumbersome and inflexible, not terribly portable either. Revert to my smaller cheaper model frequently.
- Does the job. But portability a little prejudiced by very minimal 'case' with no rigidity.

What customers say about "Cuff"
Omron M6 Fully Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor
- The cuff is cleverly designed as it is pre-formed into a hollow cylinder which makes it extremely easy to fit on yourself or on another person and then secure with the Velcro strip.
- Fitting the (fairly stiff) cuff is straight forward, no issues at all during our measurements, with upper arm sizes of 43cm and 25cm respectively.
- Fits all arm sizes, which is useful as mine is right on the border of medium and large.
- Perfect blood pressure monitor even if your arm size is a little bit less than 22cm.
- The Comfort Cuff is a unique pre-formed cuff that can be adjusted to suit a variety of arm sizes and shapes. so found it very easy to use and can get results at an instant without having to wait for GP appointment.
Omron M10-IT Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor
- Cuff actually fits me well, and not too difficult to tighten (I'm big being well over 6ft and 20+ stones), and the automatic taking and averaging of 3 BP readings is a really useful function. First few readings seem about where I'd expect them.
- The cuff feels and looks like a professional one you see in hospitals and it is dual size, which means it fits both normal and larger arms.
- The cuff is very difficult to fit properly. The other thing to remember when buying a BP machine is that it should be calerbrated yearly to ensure it's accuracy.
- The cuff has a thin metal rod which helps to make the fitting of the cuff fool proof and helps to give consistent results, which in my opinion makes the Braun a far superior product.
- The cuff is a bit a bit of a fiddle to fit tightly enough, but it just requires a bit of practice

What customers say about "Features"
Omron M6 Fully Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor
- The device has the further feature of indicating correct fitting of the cuff as well as another indicator showing that the subject is moving excessively thus impeding accuracy during measurement.
- Why do I have to hold a certain button for N amount of seconds for a certain feature? Just create another button for it, there's plenty of space.
- Researched this and is a make recommended by my Gp. Good features such as weekly average, noting time of day measurements are taken ,enabled for two users and also instructs weather cufg has been correctly placed.
- Excellent. Easy to use and memory feature is useful. Really needs a power supply charger to save on batteries so I suggest buying one of those with it.
- This machine is easy to operate and I particularly like the heart rhythm check and the averaging blood pressure feature.
Omron M10-IT Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor
- The screen is large and easy to read and gives you all you need to know for general health checking.
- One feature I like is the multiple reading facility. My GP said to take two readings with an interval between them, morning and evening.
- PC link very useful - ability to print out and take readings to GP very handy
- There are many features like the recording of two users and a guest function, but we just use it in its basic mode and keep our own written record for each day.
- It has a lot of useful functions: mind, it could be a bit too complicated for the elderly, unless all they need is just to take their pressure without using all the device's features.
