- Love it! Very easy to use and very accurate...I actually took it to my doctor's office and had it checked for accuracy against theirs and it was within a couple of numbers of their reading.
- I'm very happy with this product, both the ease of operation and the accuracy and consistency.
- I've had three home health nurses visit and help me and they all were impressed with it's ease of use and accuracy.
- I chose this unit as I liked the memory that could hold 90 measurements.
- For its poor accuracy, I got like 87/34, 95 pulse/min. I would not recommend this item for any of my friends.
- Very nice unit, with decent accuracy.
- Very nice unit, with decent accuracy. My only gripe, and the reason I took one star away, is the lack of averaging.
- Appears to be reading high. Pulse Rate appears to be correct but cuff reads higher pressure than at doctor's office.
- No confidence in its accuracy. It reads differently than ten years worth of Dr visit reading taken by an RN.
- I think it works pretty good and is quiet, but the lack of memory and one device sync is really a deal breaker.

- Seem accurate. Looks well made. Good price. Compact
- This Panasonic Automatic Portable compact machine gets an A+ from me. It is easy and comfortable to attach with clear distinctive numbers.
- Well bulit, rather compact (but IMHO it could be even more compact)
- The design makes it easy for traveler. It's sweet that it comes with a pouch.
- Not as compact as i expected. readings also take a little longer to obtain than other auto cuffs coworkers use in homehealth.
- It's compact and fits around my arm comfortably.
- Loving this new guage. Very compact and ultra modern, easy to use and carry, no attahed tubes to fold up. Accurate
- One of my favorite feature is the cuff design. It is thick and durable.
- I've been using this cuff for three weeks now. It is the most comfortable Blood Pressure Cuff I've ever worn.
- I really love this blood pressure monitor. It is easy to put on, the cuff is comfortable and large enough where others tend not to be and it seems to be very accurate.
- It does not over tighten my arm and it takes my blood pressure with comfort and fast.
- Cuff very nice, comfortable and fits all my family 28-38cm.
- The cuff is stiffened into a curve and it easily fits around my upper arm. I then can wrap the final length over the top of the curved cuff onto the velcro fastened there. I can do this by myself.
- The only down fall is that if you have a big arm, you need to order an additional arm brace. Other than that, I recommend this to any one
- You might have to purchase a large cuff if you have 15"+ biceps, because the one with the unit will be too small to get an accurate reading.
- Convenient arm cuff, don't have to worry about the clumsy cord being in place or getting all twisted when wrapping cuff around your arm.
- Very easy to use blood pressure monitor, and the cuff is large enough for big folks. Fits upper arms 9” to 17” in circumference.
- It is easy to put on, the cuff is comfortable and large enough where others tend not to be
- No position indication for cuff.
- Could use a better selection for a cuff,Needs to have a cuff for larger arms at least 18"
- This device is easy and quick to use, has a simple clear display and appears to have good battery life
- Also, the digital filter sensor is a pretty cool feature as there could be many factors that can affect the pulse but, with it, there's nothing to worry about
- I am glad it is a battery operated unit - we travel in foreign countries and can take this with us.
- It also allows for memory storage up to a point of previous readings so you can monitor BP & pulse readings over a period of time.
- I would deduct one star for not having the memory option that would allow two users record their separate reading results.
- It is very accurate and uses Bluetooth to save the results to my phone so I can show my Doctor the results.
- The Bluetooth capability is the selling point for me, and the upper arm design is a very good bonus.
- Pairing the Evolv with Omron App via bluetooth was easy.
- It works amazingly well for me.... quick & easy & via Bluetooth there is a record of my bp on my phone. All I have to do is show it to my doctor or I can even send it to him.
- Unfortunately it does not support two users scenario
