- Sound quality on other end (hearing my voice) is said to be "very good", with very little background noise (good sound cancellation apparently)
- Sound quality is good. Earbud comfort is good. Bluetooth connection is more reliable than other bluetooth headsets I've tried. It looks cool.
- Calls are clear on my side and the person on the other end can hear me clearly, no need to talk any louder than I would normally
- The noise canceling doesn't seem to work very well, this dispointed me a lot.
- Sound cuts out a lot.
- Noise cancellation during phone call worse than using the phone without it.
- Super accurate flat sounding high fidelity sound. Much higher fidelity over the LGs. Audiophiles will love this headset!
- Sound quality is amazing and I love the bass that comes out of these
- The Samsungs have more accurate and higher fidelity sound than the LGs but the LGs have much more bass
- The ear buds block out most outside noises.
- The sound level isn't loud enough and on/off button is hard to reach.
- Accurate flat sound response which means they sound........flat. The bass on these are not even close to the bass level of my skull thumping LGs.
- They do feel very light weight, so much so that you forget you have them.
- It is light weight and the U design is really convenient for when you take the earbuds out of your ears
- The weight of the back section make them fall behind your neck and the grids covers fell down
- The weight in the back from the battery makes the device slide off backwards. Also the ear pieces are oddly shaped so that they don't fit in the ear correctly.
- The only great thing about these are that they are light in weight
- They come with diffenent size ear pieces to fit ear better.
- Good quality n light weighted. Also I love the light gold color.
- Very light weight and comfortable in the ears
- This headphone tends to slide off my neck (I have regular size 16" neck, not to big, not to small)
- Bluetooth connection - very easy to link and connection lasts for 30+ feet with walls in between.
- Vibrates when you turn on or off, when connection made and if linked to cell phone, when phone rings.
- Comfortable ear piece design, seals sound sufficiently without having to shove into ear very far (and thereby preventing ear infections)
- The possibility of connecting to devices at the same time is a great feature.
- On/off button is on back of neckpiece, which isn't very convenient if you already have them on your neck.
- Notification light (incoming call, connecting, etc.) is on the back of the neckband near the on/off button. Little hard to see there!
- Range is not very good. I have tested with my Galaxy S6, iPad and wife's iPhone. Starts cutting out anywhere from 12-15 feet from device
- Comfortable fit - I have a large neck so the device didnt hang around my neck, it formed to it.
- Simple 3 button controls
- Works great with Google voice search
- Magnetic stick together earbuds control events like pause, play, answer and hang up. This is a much cooler feature than I thought it would be.
- The design isn't the most comfortable of all. They can become irritating at times. Cable comes un magnetized and the buds dangle after that. Strong magnets, but it doesn't work all the time.
- Samsung level app EQ sucks- Increasing the bass resulted in a lower overall volume and reduced highs
- The charge lasts for a few days, I use them frequently, while working around my house, walking back and forth to work, etc.
- Quick charging. Took less than 30 minutes to fully charge.
- Excellent battery life. They have been on for 3 straight days with over 15 hours of use and they are still saying Battery Level High.
- The battery lasts long, for about 3 or 4 days.
- The battery life will last about 8 hours of use (a basic work day).
- Great headset that provides excellent battery life
- I charge it every 2 days, the battery lasts just that long
- Battery life is non existence. 2 hours Max. I have 2 other sets that were bought from Verizon and they last about 2 days each before charging. Wow Samsung wtf.
- The battery doesn't last. Basically you have to charge it all the time. Nowhere near their claim of battery life.
