Decent frequency response with solid bass and good mids and highs

I am pleased with the sound quality - probably doesn't cut it for an audiophile, but good enough for jamming out to some tunes or listen to some podcasts.
There really is not a lot of bass to these. I can get a little bit more bass if I press them deeper into my ear and hold it there, but that is not good for your ear.
If you are in a windy situation, the mic will pick that up. It makes the voice control hard to use. Also people on the other end of the line will have a hard time hearing you.
Sound quality is lackluster in high frequencies, and bass falls victim to one-note bass syndrome

NO BASS!!!, yes there is no bass on these. I'm currently using these to listen to podcast 75% of the time but would be nice to have a small bass.
God awful mic as usual, it pick up all nearby noise but make your own voice muffled
It doesn't sound as loud...i bought the firsts ones that came out and they sound louder then this...but i like the speaker on it..but still its not as loud..

It is fairly lightweight and is not too noticeable around my neck. Since I usually wear this almost every day almost all day long, I almost forget about it.
This may not be the lightest device, but weight is not an issue. the around neck design is very light, and I often forget that I am wearing the device.

It connects to my phone every time with really no problems.
Easy pairing with my primary Android v6.0.1 smartphone and secondary Android v6.0.1 tablet
The digital microphone seems to be an improvement and the placement of the microphone is better than the Tone+, people had no issues hearing me during a call
The jog buttons are fantastic, they are intuitive, easy to use and I did not have any issues with them sticking

Intuitive Top Buttons", these things are just terrible honestly, if I need to quickly answer the phone I shouldn't have to hunt for the button, what makes it worse is that the buttons are flush with the shell instead of being slightly raised, this was the major reason why I went back to my Tone+
-Lack of retractable cord, these could have really benefited from using a better designed retraction system like the higher end models, but that would probably eat too much into their profits of the Tone Infinium

The slider switch for volume and FF/REW is very convenient than the plain button itself which leaves you to guess which one is which.
The bluetooth signal is much stronger than my old one.
Wire retract mechanism seems way more reliable than HBS-900
Eartips replacement are hard to find,3rd party tips do not fit well
he headphones need to have a better range connecting to the phone. The microphone is subpar and often sounds muffled to the people you are talking too!

I also like that the LED light to indicate battery charge and Bluetooth connection status was moved to the inside.
And the battery life is AMAZING! I generally go 5 days between charges
Battery easily lasts all day. Voice prompts are nice if the battery gets low.
The battery life is impressive, even after months of daily use, and they have even stood up to some activity on the running trail and working in the woodshop.
