The sound regarding treble and bass can be slightly adjusted, (neutral, treble, bass boost options), and they get plenty loud.
This Bluetooth has a clear sound. It doesn't have static and the person on the phone can here you very well.
This headset was easy to set up, incoming sound from phone calls are clear as well as microphone picking up my voice
I have to say that the sound is very very nice. I you can truly notice the difference when playing music.

When the headset maintains a good connection during calls, the quality is great.
Excellent sound, mic' works well, people can hear me clearly. Controls work well once you become accustomed to them.
Great audio. Bass it a little better then the HBS-900 but requires a solid seal with the earbuds.
Sound quality is pretty great when listening to music. I tested these against some Bose headphones, and I liked these better. The buds do a great job of drowning out external noise.
Call quality could certainly be better. Calls will sometimes cut in and out when my phone is clipped to my belt.
Very disappointed with the sound quality too, a lot of the time I can't hear the people properly. Considering my phone is in my pocket or on my desk right next to me, it shouldn't be an issue.

An easy connection and great Bluetooth range. When using for TV streaming, the blue tooth latency is minimal.
I find the earbud covers easy to use. They fit my ears and stay put. As I noted, I use other varieties of the same brand for jogging, running workouts, and they stay in.
It connects better than the headsets I’ve had before and stays connected for a greater distance. The color is so much nicer than I expected.
Sound is phenomenal, comfortable and love that the cord retracts!
The headset vibrates for phone incoming calls, a plus for me. The controls are also easy to use.

The bluetooth is great, much stronger than other units Ive tried, very little interference or drops.
Decent range (15' w/no obstructions between phone and headset) before music quality suffers.
Microphones do a good job of picking up my voice and no one has complained that they can't hear me on the phone.
The microphone is great as these now have 2 mics on the left side. I can be heard very clearly in the noisiest enviornments.
The sound is not as clear and the Bluetooth cuts in and out intermittently.
Wire is very small, wonder how long it may last being pulled out and retarcted repeatedly.

Has great battery life, I generally work 12-14 hours a day and it goes the entire day and then charges fairly quickly
I like it because of the life of the battery and my work schedule I don't have to take them off to charge, it last until I get home.
The battery lasted for the entire 10 hours and still had medium battery left. The sound quality is amazing and i sleep with them all the time.
It has no audible alert for battery low status, for that its turn off itself without notify me, its so embarrassing. it has manual switch to press and hold to check battery status. i don't even know when its get turned off for empty battery.
Loved the sound but my battery never would get to low before shutting off. Seemed to only get 2/3 battery before it would turn off without the low battery warning

Longest usage time until recharge, and shortest recharge time, that I've seen.
I play all day and rarely stop to recharge.
The battery is fantastic! I've been using these fairly for around a month, and I have only needed to charge them three or four times.
The battery life has always lasted all day. They will give you a high, medium and low battery indication when you power them up. I have never had them get to low on one day after being fully charged.
Battery life is pretty great. I have never had it go out during a normal shift at work. I do tend to listen to them off and on so they are not constantly playing, and I do recharge them at night.
