- We love the ease for finding tv stations with the favorite button
- This really is an awesome remote and I have always had very good experiences with Logitech products. Customize buttons, color touch screen buttons, very smart remote.
- Once you get used to where the buttons are this remote is one of the best I've used.
- Family Friendly remote for all ages anymore can push one button and turn everything on you need
- The harmony hub gives better range to the remote as it includes an it repeater you can place further away if the remote doesn’t make direct contact with a component
- I really dislike where the pause/play/fast forward buttons are located. First, they are at the very top of the remote which makes for an uncomfortable grip if you DVR shows and like to fast forward through commercials.
- The pause/play/fast forward buttons are not prominent enough and I find myself pushing the button immediately below it instead. I would have much preferred these particular buttons were more elevated and located at the bottom of the remote. Otherwise, great features!!
- I like how the function buttons are arranged. They are layed out much better than the older models.
- The "width" of the signal is much broader, so you do not have to precisely point to remote at the device you want to engage, you can just be in the general vicinity and it is very accurate.
- The favorites buttons are nice. The way the back is designed fits well in the hand. Works well. Seems to control just about everything.
- The function buttons are very small and close together
- The "off" button is located right on top of the rewind button, and the unit often goes off when I mean to rewind the movie. I've taken to using my "pinkie" finger to minimize the rewind errors.
- Has gesture controls on separate screen for thing like changing channels and volume. You define activities such as Watch TV or play Xbox, then program the tethered remote with the new instructions. Some corrections can be made on the remote itself.
- Great remote! The screen is very sensitive so it changes screens quick.
- I love the touch screen. I like how it's so customizable and you can add channel shortcuts to the screen so you're not constantly using the guide
- The new software is easier to set up the remotes. The screen is nice and bright and you can swipe between different screens
- Compatible with all of my devices, even some older equipment.
- It's easy to hit the wrong button on the touch screen. I don't like that the off button is so close to rewind as well.
- I use MANY more channels with the ability to store 50 favorites .... and I now use all HD channels because you can program them once and with a touch to the screen go to a 4-digit HD channel .... it's magic!
- It is VERY easy to use. No user manual needed, very intuitive .... and I AM NO computer geek. I like simple.
- The icons on the touch screen make it simple to get to your favorite channels quickly, and they're also customizable.
- The vertical charging cradle works great and takes up less room than the horizontal cradle for the Harmony One.
- You now have the ability to edit different settings right on the remote without having to use a computer.
- The touchscreen is the WORST. It is very twitchy and is easy to "miskey" the screen and send you between Activities, Favorites, Functions, and Number Pad.
- The function screen is difficult to key "buttons" unless your fingers are directly above the function and you deliberately (watch) and touch the function to avoid changing the screen or hitting a different function.
