Great entry level T.T. for those who just want to simply play their records and not have to worry about the record continuing to spin when its finished.
Very good quality, works well and sounds good.Plug and play right out of the box, no adjustments necessary.

It's automatic functions work well without the real cheap clunky noises you may have heard on some of the $100 plastic turntables.

I really enjoy the finish on it and the construction is solid (this is no light weight unit).
The turntable is well made, very sturdy and a bit heavy. It feels like it will be built to last very a long time.
There is not a component on this player that feels cheap to me...it’s heavy...it is beautiful...and it sounds fantastic.
Well...It is visually beautiful/expensive looking. It is physically heavy/solid/feels well made.
This is a very nice turntable, i was going for something heavy and I got it.

Heavy duty construction. Simple, elegant aesthetic design, looks and feels high quality.
Its not to heavy, easy to move around, but it has enough weight that it feels good.
It's not heavy duty built or audiophile quality but for my daughter who is just getting into playing vinyls it is more than adequate.
I love the fact I get the features of adjusting the weight, and having more control after the function of the player.
Great and lightweight turntable. It provides really good sound!

Sounds sound much clearer and better than the 40 year old player I inherited. Skips less, too.
Due to the high quality of the TT 42, I will need to replace my CD player since its playback quality is far superior to my run of the mill CD play.
The audio is clear, and the sound is remarkably full. You can hear the littlest details if you listen for them.
It sounded great and I had no problems with tracking speed as some of the reviewers experienced.
Friends that have listended to my new turntable have stated the sound is muddy.

It features a proper tonearm and it seems to play at a very accurate and stable speed.
It is a good turntable for the price you pay. I use it with yamaha speakers and amplifier and it sounds very very good.
First turn table I've owned. Connected these to B&W towers and it all sounds amazing!
Good quality, internal preamp so you can hook it directly to a line-in, automatic start/stop and no complicated setup like some of the more expensive turntables.
I gave my adult son this turntable for his birthday and he couldn't be happier with the product. He is very happy with the quality of the sound, and is very musically inclined.

The platter is light aluminum, but it seems to be well-balanced and perfectly made.
The turntable runs smoothly and practically without any noise and there is no vibration and it looks great too.
Setup was easy and thankfully it sounds as great as it looks.
Plays beautifully, wonderful sound, looks beautiful as well.
The instructions for assembly and operation are limited at the least. Not made very well.

You can have the whole thing set-up and playing in just a few minutes.
Other then normal stylus cleaning and replacement there isn't much you will need to do to keep this running properly.
It sounds very nice and compared to many entry level turntables it is built well.
Love that it has a built-in preamp. Made for a much cleaner installation to my modern receiver.
This is a nice looking TT in images I saw but the build is cheap and the sound is OK.
