I'm considering buying a second one and would highly recommend this in it's price range. Cleanest, clearest, flattest DAC I've tried.
Just got this DAC today and I believe it sounds better. I think it has little more meaty sound and thats what I was looking for.
Incredible piece of equipment with amazing sound. I'm blown away by the price to quality ratio here.

This DAC has dynamics, a wide range, bass with some "length" and resonance, clean, sparkly highs, well defined midrange.
Amazing DAC. Excellent build quality, like all Schiit products.
This product provides the best improvement in the DAC process that you can achieve at the price point.
This DAC sounds better than DACs I have paid well over $1500 for. Incredible value.
It does not play 24/192 files, and it is supposed to. I don't recommend product.

Great little DAC to add in between an Echo Link and your good old-fashioned stereo receiver.
Build quality and aesthetics are top notch. This little thing are solid construction.
It is significantly smaller than my old DAC from another company. By the way the old one were break thanks to his big construction.
It's a great small dac. Beats my mobo dac in every way. For some it's a start but for me it's the end of the journey in searching audio equipment.

This little (and I do mean little, it appears much larger in pictures) is by far the best sounding DAC.
This thing is amazing. Looks great and sound amazing too. Very compact for a "desktop" unit.
Great little Dac. This Sounds 100% amazing for what it is made.
Well made, no nonsense casework. Tiny and light as all Schiit production.
I love how it's looks. Sizewise, the unit is really small for its sound quality.

Schiit Modi 3 D/A Converter - Delta-Sigma DAC

Modi 3 is a really nice upgrade with optical and optional power supply.
Sounds as good on USB, as SPDIF-no need for upgrade power supplies etc.
Can be used with PC, PS4 and Xbox 360, and any other devices with Digital or Coax outputs.
The SPDIF input is handy for sources that might not play nice with USB input (looking at you, gaming consoles).
The sound is not very dynamic sounding and I find the sound a step or three behind my old DAC.

Schiit Modi Multibit DAC - D/A Converter

The bass was nice and punchy, and unit just do what it made for.
The sound quality with Sennheiser HD 58x was noticeably better and I was happy with it.
Paired with Senheisser headphones and vacuum tube amp sounds great!
For a stereo-based system I can't recommend this bargain enough for the point that there is no MQA.
There is some issue with the certain tones and the dynamic range, the sound becomes harsh.
