- Handheld extension allows for more directed water application and two-person use.
- Yes, it is plastic but it still looks good to someone who doesn't know. I
- Yes that head is plastic not metal - but that is in fact a plus. They don't LOOK plastic, they look like metal. But unlike metal they are light, so very easy to handle and without the very annoying "droop" the metal ones get.
- I did take out the screen before I installed it so the pressure is great. It also has a very nice diameter on the spray which covers the body nicely.
- Handheld extension can be difficult detach/reattach.
- For what they charge for this unit I expected better. The quality is on par with a cheap shower massage unit from Walmart. In addition the shower line is a cheap stiff plastic you literally would have to fight with to use.
- I am very disappointed in the performance. The shower head does not produce nearly enough water presssure. Our previous shower head was much cheaper yet produced much more pressure.
- Some reviews complain that it's plastic... yeah I get that it's not metal and we all love metal stuff, but seriously I've dropped this once or twice, and it would have hurt a lot more if it'd been heavy steel.
- Tired of hooking a hose to the showerhead and using a diverter to bathe our dog, this 2 in 1 showerhead is just perfect. My husband installed it in 5 minutes ! The water flow is excellent.
- Great water flow, should have gotten one along time ago.
- It's nice but it is all plastic. I thought it would be sturdier. The hose is plastic and very short. However, it works well, was easy to install and looks great. I would buy it again, but I will probably buy a longer metal hose.
- It works as long as you don't plan on docking-undocking it often. My wife is shorter and has a hard time docking it, usually leaving it half clicked in. Overall the material feels cheap, very light plastic.
- It is hard to really fault this shower head. The flow is weak and the stream is light, so don't be expecting it to blast the soap out of your hair. It is a bit hard to blame the manufacturer because the water regulations require them to drastically reduce the pressure and flow.
- Probably the most "luxurious" feeling shower head I've used.
- I love being able to use the different settings. Its very convinient.
- This faucet is perfect for our shower in our vacation home. Great water pattern and nice feature to be able to remove the center piece of the shower head to rinse off small kids or use as a hand shower.
- Uses twice as much water as most other shower heads, shortening useful shower time and adding ongoing expenses (water, water heater).
- We've had it for years and the plastic switch to change settings on the handheld part from pulse to regular just snapped off. This is my only real complaint. They could of at least made that part metal.
- The "pause" button on the hand shower is a nice idea but lame in practice. I imagine it is useful if you shave your legs. When you press it, the shower head makes a lot of noise and appears as though it's just leaking.
- We are happy with it though! It has good water pressure and multiple settings. So make a splurge on this. It's a great product.
- I would recommend it, for easy operation controls, you have the best of both worlds with the many settings, and the hand held operation as well.
- Only con is the stiff plastic hose that knocks everything in the shower over while using. Replaced mine with a steel hose that's is far more flexible and all good.
- As for the hose, really terrible quality, I immediately replaced it with a better one. I do not recommend it, I will try the Delta 58472 next, as it has a magnetic docking instead. Hopefully it is not made as cheaply as this one or I am done with Delta!
- It's a real pain to click the shower head back into the big round shower head every time and it doesn't look good either. The hose is too stiff and feels too short. Not worth the special feature of it.
