This is a "Turbo" CPU as well which saves you electricity when you're just doing low priority tasks.
This is the best value for money you may find right at the moment in any CPUs.
I really recommend this CPU over any 6-8 cores i5s and i7s as you will not see and feel the difference in any office, game application.
The only negative is no quick sync is available for video transcoding.

If you are using an add-on graphics card, this is a great value.
If you want to build the absolute cheapest gaming PC with decent performance, look no other than this CPU.
CPU runs really cool. It sustains 4GHZ all the time and never once did it hit higher than 62C.
For AutoCAD, this processor is ideal, the performance per core is comparable to older models, and there is no overpayment. Great memory support.
There is very little cache for workload on this CPU.
